Route 66 Automotive Repaired my 4Runner’s head gaskets 2 months ago and did a fantastic job! I then brought them a brake rotor repair and they never disappoint me. Excellent communication. They have a great Toyota mechanic too amongst others. These guys know their stuff.

I had to have major engine work they did be redone because of faulty part. They absolutely honored their commitment to get my truck back on the road at no cost. Route 66 is an honest shop that stands by their work and treats their customers right. They're busy for a reason. This shop and thier techs absolutely takes care of thier customers. Great communication and will fix till vehicle is right. Very honerble shop. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

I'll start with the good, because there was good and it would be dishonest of me not to mention it here. First, their customer service is great! Very welcoming and great communication. Also, they replaced one of my cats for only the price of the part, also great! However. They definitely sold me a lemon and I highly doubt they didn't know about it when they sold it to me. This car has been nothing but problems. They sold it to me for just over $9,000 just a few short months ago and I've already put over $2,000 in repairs and it's not even fixed yet! The last time I tried to bring up the issues I was completely ignored. To me, this is unacceptable and like I said, I HIGHLY doubt they didn't know this car had problems before they sold it to me and my family. I just want there to be a heads up to those looking for a reliable vehicle for your family because, honestly, this is not the place to find it.

I have a "lifesafer" ignition interlock device on my truck. I've had it for years it was installed elsewhere but, the place I used to go to all of a sudden just quit doing recalibrations one day. These guys got me scheduled got me recalibrated without having to wait. If I would have had to wait it would have cost me more money for a late fee. These people are always nice, the waiting room is comfortable, clean and they usually got coffee. Friendly staff for sure. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I haven't had them work on my vehicle yet. But I plan on it soon and I'm sure I'll add a star.

I couldn’t be happier with the work completed. They did an amazing job! They were honest with their pricing and diagnosis and charged less than other quotes I got and even kept me from spending extra on unnecessary repairs that were suggested to me at other shops. Repairs were done in a timely manner. I had the car towed in and it had personal belongings in it that were untouched and the money left in the cup holders were still there. Just an honest shop and very friendly people. 10/10!
