It was better before the new ownership. They have 2 people working on your vehicle, you still tell them please don't dont the interior cuz I lost something and they still do. 1 person does one side of the vehicle and the other person does the other side. My rims on my left side and tires look completely different then my otherside and this happens frequently because 2 different people with 2 different efforts are cleaning each side. Everytime I come they clean in a different way and the quality gets less. Canceled my membership today.

This carwash does the best in St. Charles hands down! I always know I will have friendly service and a super clean car! There is no reason to go anywhere else.

Went through the car wash on 5/19/2023 @ 2: 55. It was not busy at all, there were only 3 cars present. I was informed my car was ready and told to get my car from inside the building. Previously, you were informed when your car was completed and your vehicle was pulled outside. The service was incomplete and unsatisfactory. I had to point out the bugs that were still on the front of my car and the windshield. Later, when I walked around my car it was still dirty and I was very dissatisfied. I was offered a monthly package when I arrived and I'm very glad I didn't waste my time or money. To clarify, this is a new car and that's dirt not scratches.

They do a good job if your car is already clean. I had some stuff on my floor and back seat. Paid extra for mats. Here's the picture after I moved my stuff. So they pretty much only cleaned half my car.

I bought the top of the line exterior/interior package. I tried to inspect at least the outside; there were many spots, drips, and dirt that was missed. The inside, though, was like it hadn't been touched. The mirror was dirty, the corners of the dash were dusty, and the back ledge behind the seats was not touched. Maybe it was a bad day. It wasn't worth the price at all.

Look all I pay for the entire month is 29.00 includes unlimited detailing and car washes. Not a bad deal!
