Took forever to be greeted. The atmosphere was just bland and a little on the dark side. Ordered the salad bar and the Tacodillias. Salad was good but the main meal was quite a let down.

Salad bar was a wreck. Most of the items were near empty and they were mixed from people dropping stuff in other bowls

Been going here for years. I like to try to come here once a month with my family. I love, love, love their salad bar! I sometimes have a hard time choosing what I want because it’s all so good and the wait staff is so attentive. Highly recommend!

Very expensive for what to get. Ribs were all fat hardly any meat on them at all. Salad part is good and has lots of things on it. Service was good but there was hardly anybody there. Server was friendly. Just not worth with a charge. Not impressed with the food at all

Food at this location is pretty good, service is a little slow, but email coupons make it worth it.

We always like coming here. It's not reinventing the wheel, but it is consistently good and good value.

I bought 2 half slab of ribs with baked potatoes. The ribs were not very good and the baked potatoes were over cooked and dried up, I had to throw them away.

The barmaid was fantastic - the dinner my husband ordered was delicious, and my trip to the salad bar was fantastic. We need more Ruby Tuesdays.

Pretty much a classic American sit-down restaurant. The atmosphere is quaint and comfortable, but the service is sub-par. The food is probably what you would expect, and the prices are maybe a touch high

Only 2 other people were there when I got there so obviously they weren’t busy. Employees were jabbering with each other behind the bar. I stood there for 10 mins waiting to be seated then finally left and went next door to eat.

Not many people inside so evidently theirs is a staffing problem. No one ever came to seat us

Worst experience. Poor service. We waited an 1 hour to get our food. There was only maybe 4 other tables occupied. One of us ordered chicken strips and fries came out overly fried and onion rings. Never got the fries. Broccoli soup had cold Broccoli just placed in soup. Steak was ordered medium came out well done with char on most of it. Didn't get refills after food came. Just a very very poor experience all around.

Floors in bathroom sticky and smelly. Not as sticky out in dining area, still tacky. Definitely a deal breaker for me! Lost appetite! Food is good! Dirty floors chase customers away!

The salad bar was lovely. My husband's ri s were fantastic. My steak, mushrooms and zucchini not so much steak was overcooked, tough, grizzled, the mushrooms were cooked till they died and the zucchini was so coated with oil that it dripped. Thoil did not have a lpleasant taste. The French fries were oil free and good.
It could be just a bad steak that happens. No I didn't say anything because my husband was so enjoying his meal and it was where he wanted to go for his birthday.
We will give it another try. Everyone has an off day sometimes.
