Ruby Tuesday, Springfield MO

Good food for decent prices. Seemed like they may have been short staffed, but was still gave good service. Nice and clean.

The service was horrible we sat and waited an hour and 45 mins for the food and when the food did come out the steak was not cooked it was still raw it was supposed to be medium well, the burger was bland it had no taste at all, the kids chicken tenders was hard, and the waitress was loud and obnoxious my wife is a cna and she was telling my wife that being a waitress was a harder job than a cna I'm sorry but a cna job is 10 times harder than hers

Extremely rude hostess that forgot about us waiting. After we finally sat down 2 other parties of similar size with children also sat down about 10 minutes after us. We had children too. They ordered after got their food before us. The ate and paid an left before we where getting our food. Who we could assume was the manager waited on 1 of those parties hand and foot, not so much as batting an eye at us sitting at our table for over an hour before our food came out. We had a 8 year old with is that waited for over an hour for he food also. The waitress was very apologetic for the mess up. We spent over 2hrs in an almost empty restaurant spending over $100. I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Spend your money elsewhere.

The waitress was very efficient and kind. We were a party of 7 and she still kept up. Food was very good. Surfaces looked clean.

We enjoyed a clean well stocked salad bar with our meal, the staff was friendly and eager to help us with anything we needed, we will definitely visit again, thank you Ruby Tuesday

Ya know.the food is excellent.but the servers should definitely be taking orders with a pen for the amount of oopsies.

Ordered the baby back ribs but they were out. Opted for the salmon which took forever to get and my wife was almost through with her food before I got mine.

Server levi acted as we were invisible. Sat for 20min without even our drink order taken. 2 tables that came in after us got there food 1st because no1 would come to our table. 40min in, still no food, menus still on table.

It was a nice and not busy our server was new and it was her first day and she did amazing my kids loved her and her energy. The drinks were good and the food was good size for the prices.

Believe it or not this was my first time at a Ruby Tuesday. I had The Big Philly Cheeseburger, and it was amazing one of the best cheeseburgers I've had. And the service was great.

Salad bar was good, wife’s shrimp scampi was edible, veggies were raw and not cooked. Server either forgot to put our order in or as he put it “got lost in IT world”. Ordered a ribeye steak, medium…it was well done and nuked, cooked in a microwave. Management offered to discount it if I wanted to eat it or remove from the ticket if I chose not to eat it? How about you go back to the kitchen and throw one over the grill and cook it properly? That however was not an option given to me. This Tuesday’s is not like any other I’ve been to, good luck.

Synopsis: place needs some improvements before I think it meets Ruby Tuesday's standards.

Review: Upon arrival the door was locked and two other groups were waiting outside trying to figure out if this location was open or not.

After entering we were greeted by a lovely hostess who doubled as our server. My only criticism about being seated is that we were seated next to others. COVID Delta is a major thing here in Springfield right now and this concerned me, but I'm vaccinated so I figured I'd not mention anything.

After submitting our order we looked at the tableware. Soap scum build up on all of it. We wanted to ask for others, but could tell that this would be a fruitless effort. We found the plates and cups to be "clean" but have the same issue as well.

Upon receiving our food we noticed everything was on the overcooked end of things. The breaded chicken was dry and hard to swallow, the shrimp was rubbery, and the steak was overcooked twice, and smothered in a butter sauce (as if to make up for something?).

My group and I did enjoy how the food tasted, but these issues made it something not to overlook. The server was very sympathetic to the situation, but the manager seemed to treat the situation as if there were no problems but rather our expectations of the restaurant. Offering a free desert rather than some other solution. We refused the additional food because part of the complaint was the food itself.

Ultimately we were presented a percentage off and we welcomed it. I never write reviews because I honestly understand people are human and mistakes happen. In this case I felt it necessary to make the company aware and let anyone who reads reviews know what they could expect if nothing is fixed.

I will fully admit this was my first time going to Ruby Tuesday's, but the atmosphere and the dress code leads someone to believe this restaurant holds itself to a certain standard and we didn't feel we got that standard here.

We should of figured since it was dinner time and no cars in the parking lot. My husband’s steak was nuked not grilled. My chips that came with the appetizer was stale. Our waitress was very nice

It's been a day or two since we've visited here. We go for the salad bar which is always good but it appears they're trying a new business model with multiple business in one. Hopefully this keeps Ruby's around.

The whole dinner stunk

The ribeye was cooked unevenly and in a skillet where it had zero flavor. My wife asked for a medium cooked steak and received a well done steak that was rough to cut through and unbearable to try and eat

Food was good, hot n fresh quick to the table. Salad bar was in need of stocking. Server was excellent, drinks filled promptly and order was spot on down to every detail. Thank you for great evening out with friends

This is the worst Ruby Tuesday that I have ever been to. Took 35 minutes before we could get waited on after we was seated. Took an hour to get our food after we ordered. The food was nasty. Will never go back to this location again

Ordered ribeye. Was terrible. I'm pretty sure it was microwaved. Manager removed from ticket and gave me 2 $5 off coupons. She did offer to make a fresh one but we waited longer than we should have for the terrible steak and I never have something else. Won't be going back anytime soon. What a bummer.

Service was great. Salad bar was great but lacking some items. Chicken Alfredo was very dry and we asked for more sauce. New Orleans style seafood was great. The fried zucchini was 5 slices, overdone and burnt tasting. Baked potato was ordered with butter and sour team but they skimped on that. Looked they were trying to cut back. Bread stick was hard you couldn't eat it. On the way

Love the salad bar here! Decided to try something different, i got the honey crispy chicken sandwich and it was wonderful!
