Always one of my favorite places to eat. Salad bar was fresh and well stocked. Waitress was awesome too.

The lettuce on the salad bar was brown and wilted. My burger had guacamole that was also brown

I only had the Salad bar but the lettuce was not that great looking and I asked them to change it out. The bad part was that the lettuce they changed it out with didn't look any better than the lettuce that was already there. They also were out of the Roma Lettuce, which is really what I actually wanted. It just seemed subpar for the experience. The servers were great and the atmosphere was good also.

Server Shelley was personable and professional. Food was good and served promptly. A good dining experience.

Jackie provided top-notch friendly service! Rare to find a server so attentive. She also made menu suggestions that were helpful. The tomatoe soup was deliciously rich and creamy. I also enjoyed the well-stocked garden bar. Great job team!

Jackie and Zackary were great! Customer service was outstanding. Jackie went above and beyond to make another food item due to a food allergy. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Ordered Carside online. Order confirmation said it would be ready at 7: 06. Food was not ready until after 7: 30. Staff blamed it on the kitchen being backed up, but the parking lot was only 1/3 full. Burger was blah - No flavor, No Seasoning, Guac was nasty and flavorless. Tots had no seasoning either. Serving of fried pickle chips was 11 pickle chips for $9: 49. At over $1 per pickle chip I would have expected them to at least be good - WRONG. The grilled salmon was passable but nothing to overcome the otherwise bland meal served nearly 30 minutes late.

I had not been in a Ruby Tuesday for years. I decided to go to this location and try the salad bar. The salad bar and service was good. Some people have commented on the decor. The outside seems a little worn down, but I think it was acceptable inside. My only issue was the pricing. On Saturdays the Salad Bar Entre is $7.99 and on Sunday it is full price (with tax over $13 - with tip over $16). For example, the Monday Salad Combo is $9.99. The place was not busy and if they offered specials at lunch on Sundays (currently the first Sunday special starts at 4pm), it could drive more business.

My only complaint was that a number of things were empty on the salad bar. I just started going back to Ruby Tuesday a month or so ago. I really wanted a salad bar and was glad to find one. They had meals for 2v that were a good deal too.

Our waitperson did fine, just she had too many tables.

The decor just felt old and not updated for a long time.

Such a wonderful experience. Our waitress was amazing. So friendly and courteous. Food was hot and quite tasty. Would definitely go back.

The food was good, the problem was how long it takes to receive your bill or if you ask for a leftover box it took 15min.

The food was great and the service was excellent. I would recommend this place, and I will be back for their salad bar.

I ordered a well-done 20 oz ribeye steak. When I attempted to slice into it, bright red blood gushed out. The waitress told me that she could have the chef place it back on the grill. I refuse because the steak was so tough that it was not possible to slice through it. The waitress even attempted to slice the steak, and she was unsuccessful. By then, I was frustrated. Since I only drank water, I decided to leave. I went to Chic-Filet and had a nice Cob salad.

I have come here before and had Gerri as a server.she is excellent! Keep her and the croutons!

Jackie was one of the best bartenders we’ve ever had (and we’ve had a lot). Visiting from Ohio - wish we could take her home with us!

I had the pulled pork which I found absolutely great could have used a little more barbecue sauce or an option of having extra barbecue sauce on the table but I was stuffed when I left and was the only meal I had that day
