Ruby Tuesday, St Robert MO

We never saw our waitress. We ended up leaving because after 30 minutes we didn’t even get to place our drink order. This location needs to close down.

I will not be eating here again. The food was horrible! I ordered a medium rare steak and when they set my plate down I looked at the steak and it was gray in color. I didn't even take a bite of it. Very disappointing.

I've eaten here 15 times in 3 years while on road trips. Staff is always friendly. Food consistently good. New menu has many great choices. Easy walk from hotel. Sandra was my waitress. Very personable and knowledgeable of the different menu items.

Our location closed, saw the Ruby Tuesday sign. I just knew that I had to stop and eat there. As always food is Fantastic for the price

Charlotte was our server, during multiple visits. Helped with the ruby Tuesday phone app for discounts both visits. One of my favorite restaurants in the location.

Must be short handed. Waited 20 minutes to be seated. 45 minutes to order. 40 minutes to get our food. Only about 5 other customers in the place. Food was small portion but good. We were a party of 10. Arrived at 6: 30 for supper. Left at 8: 45. So, have a lot of time if you plan on dining here.

It was dinner time and the restaurant was pact with large groups, but the staff and manager had it under control! The food was great and the service was excellent! The atmosphere was very positive and felt very welcoming! Definitely will be back for that Philly that I had tonight!

Service is a joke. This is the second time we tried this place. The server was nice enough but absent basically the whole time. We were seated at a wet table with no silverware. I had to eventually get up and go to the wait station and grab our own. Drinks were far and few between. I did not get to drink the tea I ordered because my son drank it while waiting on his apple juice. We were never checked on to see if we needed anything. They had plenty of staff and there was no excuse for being ignored basically the whole time.

Jasmine was a delight. There was a minor kitchen problem with our order and she got it corrected perfectly. Cheerful, friendly and professional.

Desiree' was outstanding and very friendly. Really rare these days. Keep up the good work.

Food was “ok”but the service was terrible drinks never refilled, and waited 25 minutes to get our check, also noticed bar tender had to look up every mixed drink he made …horrible experience ‘

The service was great and my food was brought out quickly. The staff are all really nice and friendly.

Desiree was fabulous! She was excellent! She was very attentive and stayed on top of all our needs! We will definitely be back!

Most disappointing "salad bar" I've had at Ruby Tues. 2 bowls - both had iceberg lettuce - no spinach, mixed green. Carrot, tomatoes, & other bowls almost empty. Many floating in water. Gets a UGH on the Satisfaction Scale.
