Ruby's Landing, Waynesville MO

The location is great. Cabins are over priced. When we were camping there the EPA was there twice and the fire department. Where the garbage is taken is in full site and near campers. It's nasty. We witnessed the managers and owner bullying people. The owner let's his dog run unleashed. It tried to attack a neighboring campers dog. They also charge ridiculous fees. You are charged a convince fee to pay for camping and floats. So you pay them twice. Once for camping and once so you can pay your bill. They leave the US mail and packages for people staying there on a bench where anyone could take it. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

Right off Highway 17. Great site. Great time. We stayed in a camper. Did the haunted basic package. I thought it was good. A lot of time and effort. I was not really scared but I definitely enjoyed it all. Nice facilities. River is beautiful!

My husband & I & our best friends, bought the exclusive Halloween package to celebrate our birthdays. We all had the BEST time! Each thing we did was very cool! We did the axe throwing, escape room, the zombie paintball, haunted float, haunted corn maze, haunted house. Us girls were thoroughly freightened and the guys had fun too. The staff was superb in every area. They were genuinely nice and really cared about all customers having a good time.they were very Family friendly and safe. We camped there overnight too. We will be coming back every year now and we are already looking forward to next years fun! I highly recommend this place, whether your with a goup of friends or family. The food truck they had there, hillbilly boys BBQ, was super tasty also! Couldnt have asked for a better trip!

Very Very cool Haunted Experience! Goddaughter who is never scared was really scared a couple of times. We've done many things during her time here over Halloween but this was her favorite!

My husband and I went for the hunted float (raft) and hunted house.it was nice.be prepared to paddle your own boat with 6 ppl up the river bout 1/2 a mile. There could have been more people (scary ppl) on the trail from the river to the hunted house. If flashing lights bother you avoid the hunted house speaking of the hunted house it was great.

When here for the haunted float and haunted house. These guys don't disappoint. 35$ seems like a lot but it's worth it. Organization is great and I recommend giving it a try, you'll be happy you did

We stayed the weekend the axe throwing was terrible axes just hit the ground Along with the board they was supposed to stick in employee just hammered broken board back up as if it never happened we had a great time last year but like the river this place is going down should of just advertised a haunted drag cause you can’t float where there isn’t water

A group of us came for their Spookclusive Halloween event. And had a blast! All the staff was super friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable when you factor in the included camping. And we all agreed to return next year!

I love Ruby's landing. Prime spot on the river, very friendly people and great amenities especially for the children. Always something to do and it's pretty peaceful out there.

We go every year for the Haunted float trip. Always a great time. The price is not bad. I did find it crazy how there was no crowd this year. Usually if you want a good spot you have to get there early. Which this year we did and there was tons of room. But they do a wonderful job always great people running it. Thanks again.

We absolutely loved the float trip but the lady that works at the office was super rude when I called as well as when we arrived. Watched her be super rude to children coming in and out as we were purchasing our trip. While purchasing she was informed my son would need a life jacket. Well we got there about an hour early and she said we could go park wait for the bus to pick us up and feel free to swim while waiting so we drove done there and my son wanted to get in. I told him to go ask her for the life jacket. So he did and she refused. I was almost mind blownbb she was refusing a child a life jacket. But other that that once away and on river it was great

We got there way after dark. The host gave us directions but we thought we were going the wrong way. Called her at 9 pm and she guided us to the site. Couldnt see much in the dark but woke up to these amazing views. Very friendly employees and great tent camp site. Will go back in the future

It took 9hrs to go 6 miles at the end we were met with men yelling at us for being late. We did not want to be this late it only added to our frustration. Our cabin bathroom hard no lock on the door, no place to plug in our hair dyer or any thing else. The shower had no place to put the soap/shampoo. It was the worst float I have ever experienced I will never go there again

Would not recommend renting a cabin. Cabins are poorly thought out. Not accommodating what it claims to. You are not able to flush toilet paper. The couches look old and dirty. There was multiple roaches in the cabin we were staying in. The outside looks like a dump with trash laying around in piles, broke down cars as well as an awful stench.

Live close to Ruby's, has a great day use area, lots of sites, playground for the kids.

Great place to park your RV. Whether your long term or short term you wont be disappointed.

Manager lady was very very disrespectful and hateful + won't believe a thing you say. Very judgemental ‍

Really great camp site. They have the full range of accommodations and the management is extremely helpful. I stayed there for a full year and had no issues. They host some great events throughout all seasons as well.
