4Holly has amazing customer service skills. Only employee working (other person on break) and she still manged to provide awesome customers service. I heard her helping customers put outfits together. She came and helped my wife and I find a size. She held a random conversation with us. She was awesome. Good job Holly
My daughter like Rue 21 but this time the selection wasn’t that great. Store was a bit unorganized.

Its not bad but I didn’t like this shop, the clothes where not very nice and they where so bunched up together it was very difficult to see anything. I asked one of the employees for help with a color and she seemed like I was bothering her, looked it up on the computer and said no, we don’t have other colors, she wasn’t rude, but didn’t even try to suggest any other thing. I just left.
