11This is literally the worst delivery service. They have scheduled a delivery 2 times and not showed up either time. And customer service is a joke. After the first failure to deliver, I called customer service and no one answered so I had to leave a message. No one returned my call. When I called them back to reschedule, I asked to be called by a supervisor and once again no one contacted me. Today they missed the rescheduled delivery. And even now, after 2 missed deliveries, all I am told is you just need to reschedule to our next available opening. No one cares at this company.
Tried to rent a truck several times but none were available. Left number if one became available but nobody ever called.
Ryder is the worst delivery service there is. The drivers are ignorant and don't anticipate to do their job. I had a mattress delivery. They wouldn't remove the old one. Then they wouldn't leve the one I paid. Which is theft. Taking someone's property. That has been paid for. That is theft. Not sure it was even Ryder. The cab said Aj trucking. Taking someone's property is theft. I will be calling the police to report the incident
Ryder refused to give me nor the police when one of their largest st louis companies hit my garage with their truck. The police nor myself can get the name of the company even though we were told they know the company and driver responsible for the hit and run and leaving the scene of a accident. Have wasted so much time on this so letting my homeowners deal with the mess caused by Ryder of ST. LOUIS
Drop my truck on a Sunday, truck was left in same spot for a week with key still inside truck. Was told part was on its way Wednesday today was told its on back order. Communication is not good
Again, beyond helpful. Very professional and assist until all problems are solved. Most times there are no problems.
Service Department is the slowest ever talked with management and they couldn’t even fix this problem my truck is still there going on 3 weeks this time for 8 hours of labor on top of misdiagnosing truck the last time costing me a week at this shop and $800 I never got back and gasket failure from getting egr coolers replaced at this shop in January which also took 3 weeks to complete and this all within 4 months
I Will never return to this shop only here because warranty sent me here Lost over 7 weeks of work for this truck within 4 months. They are closed Saturday and Sunday now the tech that works on my truck is also off on Monday This place is a bunch off games never experienced nothing like this ever I would rate this negative stars if I could
If you are renting through Ryder and have an issue come here. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable. They bend over backwards to help and don't make you feel bad for needing help like the Pennridge location. Bware of Amanda at the Pennridge location she is rude and disrespectful.
This is my first time dealing with ryder, there kind of slow but very polite. Will update my experience later about the quality of there equipment.
Due to a truck breakdown I had to go to a different facility, but they took great care of me. The whole process went very well.
It's always an ease of mind knowing Ryder will take care of us. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Well done Bre and Ryder Team. We will be back!
