It was such a disappointing experience. To be honest I've been working on pools 10+ years and I know what I'm doing. When I tried to help a lady In line with something with her pool the owners or workers freaked out. Literally yelling at me while other customers were in the store. They said you change sand every year that is a BLATANT LIE! They will try and tell you that you need sand each year dont listen its a LIE. And all of there chemicals are WAY overpriced. Save yourself and shop elsewhere unless you want to.be verbally attacked for no reason at all.
Love doing business with SKay Pools. They are incredibly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure I know how to install things I have bought. I happily drive past several other pool places on my way from Troy!
