Did our research and loved their parade of homes entries. Seemed to have good craftsmanship until we went through their build process. My guess is that their contractors have gone down hill big time and they don't have enough supervision on the job site to make sure they aren't cutting corners. Lots of issues post-close, and lots of slow responses.

We could not be more impressed with SAB homes. They are a builder who pays attention to details. We purchased a spec home from them this year and could not be more pleased. They truly have a high attention to detail and care about customer service. Kelsey was great to work with throughout the entire process and made sure we knew exactly how to properly take care of our new home. She helped us with our punch list and on our final walkthrough was very thorough and attentive. Talby was fantastic. He was patient and answered our questions and assisted us through making sure our home was in perfect condition before we got our keys. If you are in the market for a new home, don’t pass up on SAB!
