Great facility and Dr. Samantha Herretes, MD was very easy to talk with about my choices for my cataract surgery.

Dr Desi just recently did my cataract surgery. I couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone was very friendly and caring.

I had a very satisfactory visit at Sabates and with doctor Samantha Herretes. She takes time to listen to your input and very in tune with my circumstances

Horrible service. Horrible attention to detail, waited an hour and a half for my appointment and they forgot to call in my prescription. Last time I went in they called in a prescription that was unsafe for breastfeeding mothers. Thankfully I was able to double check with my pharmacist and it took about 3 hours for me to reconnect with them to call in the right antibiotic. Have been super disappointed with this practice all around.

The team at Sabates Eye Center are amazing. Staff is very welcoming and caring. I was referred to Dr. Desai for surgery after a lesion was discovered on my eye. Dr. Desai walked me through my situation and explained everything.

Everybody who took care of me before seeing the doctor (and then the doctor herself) were so kind and patient, explained everything to me. It was like a heaven sent blessing. I am confident that I am in good hands with my upcoming surgery.

Dr. Desai is very personable, explaining her findings. She is straightforward and openly honest.

I am giving Sabates Eye Center a one star because there patient portal does not allow me to access it - I called and talked to very nice but equally frustrated receptionist about this - apparently
their IT department is aware of the problem but don't feel like it needs to be fixed. Based on this I am going to look for another eye care center.

I am extremely happy with the care that I was given for my cataract surgery. They are the best. I had hardly any wait time for my appointments. I would not go any where else for my eye care. Dr Desai is fantastic. Very kind and thoughtful. 100% pleased with everything

I’m a septuagenarian; so I’m only too familiar w/ doctors. Dr Heretes is affable, brilliant, & my favorite doctor. She keeps me well informed & shows no condescension. One wud hve to look for the qualities she displays, very long for any doctor w/ the above qualities.

Money is always the motivating factor in any business and because of this, the time factor used for scheduling patients is never satisfying for the patient. We wait. We're seen. We wake up the next day and wonder, really!?

Dr Herretes is an awesome resource to help me with navigating my dry eye issues! Anytime I have a checkup, medication question, anything about my own eye wellness routine, Dr Herrettes can be relied on to help me. Also, she’s a lovely person as well as a great doctor!

Everyone I had contact with was wonderful. Office staff, techs, nurses and doctors. All were pleasant and professional. And they put up with my off the wall sense of humor!
