I love this store! There are loads of Star Wars toys, but also a fine selection of Star Trek, DC, Marvel, and G. I. Joe, just to name a few others. Their inventory of Funko Pops is fantastic, too. The owner really knows his stuff. Make Saga Toys your first stop if you're looking for some figures. I will definitely shop there again.

I also heard about this place from Ethans Vlog, came to check it out and loved every second of my hour and a half I spent walking around, so much to see, was hoping for some Gi Joe, and there is alot there, overall great experience and will definitely be back soon!

I will say this store is well maintained, organized and have a great selection.and I understand somethings are collectables but I had my 5 year old son with me and we were told at least 7 times to not let my child touch ANYTHING! Like really!? Shouldn't collectables be out of reach in a toy store!? And I understood them the 1st time when I was told to not let him touch anything. Which he never did, not even the cheap products he but was still met with the "don't let him touch" about every 2 mins. After that we left empty handed even though we saw several things we wanted to purchase. I'm no Karen and we follow rules with no problem but we almost felt harassed the entire time we were in there, which totalled about 15 mins. Not every child is misbehaved!

The folks at Saga Toys are absolutely great and this store is amazing. We learned of this shop from AEW wrestler Ethan Page's toy vlog and he is right, this is a great shop. As a Star Wars fan I was in heaven. The store was also incredibly organized with all the inbox figured of Star Wars characters on the back wall being ALPHABETIZED. I have never seen a used toy store so well organized. Anytime we are in St Louis this place will be a regular stop.

By far one of my favorite toy/collectible stores to visit. I've bought and sold many items here, and I've always felt like I've gotten a good deal on both ends. Their stock is out of this world and is always expanding, it's hard not to find something I want anytime I go in. The owner is a great person to talk to about toys, and if you're a Voltron fan you should definitely strike up a conversation with him.

Edit:
This store is just okay these days. The majority of their stock consists of Pops and 90s Power of The Force, so if that's your thing have at it. Stock doesn't really change anymore, prices are meh, and the store is frequently a giant mess. Dusting goes a long way. Also my interactions with the owner have been less than ideal the past year.

I'm from Tulsa, Oklahoma and I'm in st louis visiting friends. I collect action figures and comics and I happened upon Saga Toys. I love this store! I just wanted to send some peace and love to the owners of this store. I bought some toys there today and it made me happy!

I traded in two fairly large collections of toys I had amassed and no longer had room for at two different times. Having worked in a store like this before, I knew the basic trade in value versus shelf sticker price that most people seem not to know about. With a ballpark figure in my head, I emailed ahead both times to set a time to meet, and called ahead to confirm on the day of, and had no problems meeting with the owner and waiting for him to go through the 20+ boxes of collectibles. After he went through everything, both times the amount he offered was higher than the amount I was prepared for. Again, having worked in a store like this in the past, I was prepared for the numbers. I found his store to be packed with many gems, though he does seem to follow the trends and price certain things up when the heat rises around them. It's hard to blame him though since scalpers will simply snap them up and resell them on eBay for more if he doesn't. HOWEVER, many prices are negotiable and when you are purchasing several items together, he seems more will to flex a bit.
I will say though that some items were not priced, or the prices were difficult to see, and some of the other helpers in the store are not as customer focused and friendly. The newer location he moved to a few years ago is nicely laid out and there's a more than fair chance you'll find something to take home, but if you are going to trade things in, educate yourself on the differences between what places offer in credit or cash, and how they typically have to offer a fraction of the selling price in order to pay for overhead.

Good selection of 90's and modern collectables. No video games, large election of G. I. Joes, Funko, custom Lego printed minfigures and Star Wars Figures.

I have been here once.it's a great place workers are very friendly. It makes me Sad reading some of the reviews on here so let's clear it up. The owner was a very nice guy very helpful when I was in there. It seems he is partially deaf. So people need to understand that first off. With that being said I have seems reviews saying they are anti-mask in this case I can understand if he does not want to force it. Think of it his way. This is his way of life being taken away when reading lips help day in and day out to communicate with customers and people around you. So it's very Sad seeing people bad mouthing this place over that. Once I found out I pulled my mask down to talk with him and it helped to much and he was more grateful to help and talk with me.
If your a fan of toys form the 80s this is the place for you they have great toys to pick from. Transformers, he-man, Voltron, Star wars and so on. Take a moment to stop in check it out. I hope this review helped other more because I look at reviews all the time and this one needs a strong 5 star review after reading other one. Thanks and go check out Saga toys. I enjoyed and look forward to going back with some trade ins and getting some new things myself

The store offers a wide selection of nostalgic toys, though several are used and repackaged (despite broken, or poorly mended, parts). The guy running the show, however, is immensely rude and lacking in customer service ability. Usually leaving his family to check out purchases, between meals and viewings of Transformers, if they can be bothered.
I brought a few hundred dollars worth of sealed product to trade in for store credit, fully expecting to take a small loss, as that's how these stores make money. The guy offered me $50 for the whole deal, and insisted that was the best I could get anywhere. He then searched one of my items on eBay, and attempted to cover up a sale where that item went for $80 on its own. He then yelled at me and claimed he couldn't hear me speaking through a mask. Still, I've been back once, and he wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. Either out of embarrassment and shame, or the same lack of human character.
I'd recommend going somewhere else. You can beat his prices, and probably still get a better condition collectible. The experience is pretty sour, and you're likely to regret spending money there.

Great place to go if you want to pick up some figurines. They didn't have any figurines of my favorite pornographic actors, and at first I was upset about that, but then I realized that that was probably the appropriate decision by the business. So 5 stars for them for a nice collection of transformers and spider man collectibles.
