There's nothing wrong with this place, my father lives there and was homeless and was able to get into one with his SSI which is only $1000. Try getting into anywhere else for that cheap. It's a good quiet place, I have stayed there a few nights and there is zero vandalism and no trouble. The train is the only annoying thing to deal with.

This place DOES NOT take care of their tenants! Roach infested! Its sad.there are people on disability who cant afford to exterminate.

It's trash and it needs to go!
And we've noticed since the parks residents seem to be waxing worse, we're starting to see more vandalism in the historic small Village of Saginaw.
So now we are all watching.
