I came here for confession and must admit that I do not have any experience with the parish community itself. This would normally lead me to refrain from leaving a negative review for the church at all and I hope the community is as good as many of the other reviews have said.
However, this is the absolute ugliest church I have ever seen. I have been to hundreds of churches all over the world. I have seen many beautiful churches and many ugly churches, but this one is - without competition - the single ugliest Catholic Church I have ever seen. Not only is the architectural style itself bad and extremely poorly suited to being a place of worship, but there have been absolutely no steps taken to beautify the interior in the slightest. Even the tabernacle housing the Holy Eucharist is hidden out of sight when you walk in instead of being centered in the room as it should be. If you were to walk into this building without knowing any better it would be difficult to tell that this was a Catholic church. I have seen congregationalist iconoclastic protestant churches with more beautiful meeting rooms than this. It is as dark as a dungeon inside and has about as much decoration as one too. The one single stained glass window is nice but it is not enough to save everything else. Thus is a totally unfitting spot for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Something really should be done by the priests or parishioners to fix or beautify the interior of their church building and even a little bit could go a long way.
