Tried to have my husband seen last night after falling down 6ft on his hip and the girl at the desk said they were too busy and he would have to come back the following day. He didn’t even get the chance to say what he needed to be seen for. There was only 2 people in the waiting room and it was before 6pm. Never had a bad experience until last night. Very hesitant to return.

After my daughter waited for almost an hour to get in to see a doctor she had questions about the treatment plan and was laughed at when she asked them. Please learn how to deal with patients in a more caring way.

I've never felt more ignored in a medical facility.
I wouldn't be seen for so long after checking in, I fell asleep, even through the pain.
I came in limping and crying from the pain but no one would offer me a wheelchair.

I was never offered an notice to work, and the doctor was quick.
But I don't blame her, I just can't describe pain that I've gotten used to after the last few hours.
If you would have asked me to take steps I could have given you and accurate report on what hurt.
But asking me hours after it's so intense I can't see straight and expecting an eloquent answer is just plain stupid.

This place used to be great and have very quick service back before St. Luke's bought Mosaic out. The staff i give 5 stars. The people are always friendly and helpful but I cant recommend this place for urgent care. Plan on being in the waiting room for at least an hour. Currently I've been sitting here for 1.5hr. After that you may sit in an exam room for another 30 to 45 min. There is nothing quick about it. I wish I could rate the staff and service separately.

NP Scott Hayles gave me the right medication for my Long Covid symptom of Asthma. I'm grateful because I was able to sleep well since! Thank you so much for all your help. Top Notch Care!

As long as you agree with everything the np wants to do to your child, you'll be ok. Multiple times, 2 different np. It's called "practicing" for a reason. They should remember they can be wrong. Oh and when they are wrong, and realize they performed an unnecessary test in a child, humble yourself. Also making healthy people wear a mask, most places have stopped this as it's asinine. But the check in staff was very friendly.

Was there one hour and forty minutes. “Someone switched my name from waiting to had been seen” got back five minutes later. NP said it wasn’t her fault. I said I know, it’s no one’s fault.zero accountability. She said to me no less than FIVE TIMES, “you act like you don’t believe me” told her I was pretty sure she didn’t know me and my thoughts, I literally don’t care at this point, just wanted to be seen, diagnosed and be on my way. What would’ve worked? “Hi! I’m so and so, the NP, what brings you in today? Ok. Let me take a listen, you sound pretty junky, I’ll call in. A script. BYE! ” I didn’t go there to argue with an NP about my “thoughts” I wanted OBJECTIVE data.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Literally laughed at my brother's face, telling him that they aren't ruling out a stroke and still sent him home. Later on found out he has an extremely rare autoimmune disease. They did nothing to help him, his BP was through the roof. And they STILL. SENT. HIM. HOME. Absolute terrible establishment.

It would be a 5, but I did the wrong thing and actually scheduled an appointment. Waited 10 hrs to get their and found out that the appointment meant absolutely nothing and that walking are ahead of me. DONOYT waste your time making an appointment. They apparently prefer to be flooded with people
