My local store is well stocked, friendly employees who are knowledgeable about their products, and they have really great sales.

Sally's has everything you need for kinky, curly, nappy, thick hair like myself. They're many different varieties for your personal preference. Might be a little pricey compared to other stores. Your getting your worth. Top quality products for you and feeling confident about your appearance

Had the best experience today! I had so many questions and the girl working was fantastic and answered every question and gave me great advice. I wish I could remember her name! I will definitely be returning:)

I came to my local Sally's yesterday and was assisted by Nadya. She was so helpful with the questions I had about removing gel polish. I asked her about getting one of the curing lamps to do a diy gel polish on myself, but wasn't sure if I could pull it off. Welp, after thinking about it I hoped that Nadya would be there the next day. AND she was. I came back for the items she suggested and was so grateful for her help.

I must say this was THE best experience I have had at this specific Sally's, I normally go to other locations even though this one is right by my home. Because of the experience with Nadya I will start shopping at this location again. Thank you Nadya, you deserve a pay raise!

Employees are rude and not helpful. Talking to customers like they’re stupid. Robin needs a course in how to speak to customers and assist them without being judgemental.

I've always gone to Sally's, and love the place and will always go to Sally's for forever lol the only thing I can say I've had issues with before at multiple different locations is being followed and treated like I'm stealing from the employees.

Wish I could give less than one star. Got there before they were supposed to close and doors were locked and employee mouthed to me “were closed” bad business.

I really like this store and I like how nice Robyn and her staff are. They are always helpful, never pushy.

Employees are smoking in the storage room. The whole store is filled with smoke. Additionally, there are a few employees who are wearing the shields that only cover your mouth with no mask. Service has diminished in quality GREATLY over the last 12 months. I won’t be returning this location.

Bad customer service. As one lady was trying to help me out but the other lady was rushing to clock out and the lady who told the other to leave proceed to the front of the store. So I left because the bad experience. Probably won't go back to this store. Neither one had masks on which is sad.

I love this store. The associates are friendly and spend ample time helping you find what you need. They are very knowledgeable about the products and the store is always neat and organized!

They are not great. They don’t always have the colors or supplies you need. They seem to restock rarely and when they do it’s not a full restock of missing items. As well as not opening on time. I’m sorry when you and the store say you open at 930. And it’s 935 the doors are locked and you can physically see the customer you should open. Not ignore that is not good business. As well as some of the ladies are rude or stand offish. If you can get from anywhere else YOU SHOULD!

I usually go to the location near my house, but this was on my way to work. The clerk allowed someone to not wear a mask into the store (despite all of the signs that a mask is required) because the customer "left her mask in the car" and "she has a medical condition anyway". Your rules are useless if they aren't enforced. I'll keep my business to the store near my house.

I don't normally write reviews, but I was so angry at one of the staff there I have to say something. Right now, Covid numbers in Missouri, and in the KC metro specifically, are rising. Went I went in, I was wearing a mask, and the one other customer in there with me was also wearing a mask. Neither of sales associates were, however.

The other customer, when checking out, asked one of the associates why they weren't wearing them. Her reply was that the county they were in didn't require it, and then proceed to explain how she thought the government was making a bigger deal about it than she thought was necessary, that she didn't think Covid was that much of a threat, and that masks weren't necessary.

First of all, I find it a little ironic that she claimed she wasn't wearing one because her county's government didn't make it necessary, then went on to criticize the government for being over cautious.

Second, telling two customers who WERE wearing masks that she didn't think masks were necessary was offensive and made me feel like she thought we were stupid for wearing them.

Third, sales associates should not be telling customers not wear masks. They are not health care workers. They are not in a position to tell customers these kinds of things.

I thanked the other customer on the way out of the store for wearing a mask, and that the woman who rang him up was being dangerous. It's PROVEN that masks work. We wear masks to protect other people in case we ourselves our carriers. Covid numbers are rising and people are dying from it.

I find it disgusting that Sally Beauty doesn't require workers to wear masks right now. They are putting people at risk, even those of us who choose masks because the masks work to stop us from spreading it, not from catching it.

I won't be shopping here ever again.

So i went in and i didnt have any issues finding what i needed snd a lady even asked if i needed any help. They seemed a bit snarky to me but. Everything was good until i went to check out. I didn't realize i was close to my card limit and accidentally went over my limit. The lady checking me out was extremly rude and sighed. Said super loud " do you have any other form of payment Ma'am" like i get it. But she was so rude. And i have social anxiety and i was freaking out. My friend ended up helping me and i paid.but she sighed again and seemed like she was rushing me out the door. It was very rude. And i probably wont be coming back to this sallys.

The lady working tonight was just down right rude! I called around 6: 47 pm and she immediately put me on hold. I told her I was looking for Roll on Oils and she replied again rudely saying WHAT! Then this individual hung up on me after I later asked her name. I will be over there this week to speak with the manager. I don't understand why people work in customer service who don't have the patience for customers!

This place is a hit or miss sometimes. They don't keep a lot of liquid color and too many creame colors (ion brand). Also, the attitude of the staff is not always great. Sometimes they are friendly, but sometimes they are snobby or will continue their conversation with a coworker while checking you out and act like you don't exist. I usually can find what I need though so I try to be in and out.

I went into the store to get products to bleach and color my hair on Saturday 1/4/2020 and the associate, Kathy stopped me right at the entrance and said “were closed” and it’s only 7: 57–yes three minutes until close but not closing time. I had a list of what I needed and checked online to make sure the store had those items in stock. I asked her if I could quickly grab the items and I’d be out in less than two minutes knowing exactly what I needed. She refused and said “NO” I will never go back to this location for which I’ve shopped at for several years. 7: 57 isn’t 8, Kathy.
