Went in there to get hair color for myself and my mom and the two ladies working the counter wouldn’t get off their phones to assist or walk the aisles. There was a blonde that also came in and she was stealing and I was going to say something to the associates but they never got off their phones the entire time we were there or removed themselves from the counter. Makes me really want to come back when customer service or awareness isn’t there
