Mariah was great! We had a good consultation and I came home loving my hair cut and rediscovered curls! I’d recommend her of course!

Jade was my hairstylist and she was super friendly and soooo sweet! I got a curly cut and she did an awesome job with my hair I will definitely go back!

I like coming here and getting my products I give 4 stars because I do not like the new loyalty program. Points expire now prior they didn’t.

If u want someone listen to ur needs for ur hair and wants this is ur place for it all great conversations every time I go in they never hesitate to be rite there to help I love it there

I came in with a mess on my head and tearful. Jade to the rescue! I interacted with almost every staff member. They were professional, sweet, and so knowledgeable.
Jade was amazing. She explained everything to me and talked to me about everything she was doing.
I can't recommend Salon Brands enough. I left telling Jade I'd never cheat on her. She's definitely my go to for hair services.

I've been going to Mariah for the DevaCut for almost 2 years and it's always a good experience. I have wavy/curly hair that used to be really dry and damaged. With her expertise my hair has come a long way - no more split ends, hair as dry as straw, or horrible hair days. She is also really great at listening to what you want. If you have textured hair give her a try! I previously visited another salon in Springfield for similar services and Mariah is the best. As for the store, it's always been clean and pleasant to be in. The ladies up front and the other stylists are always nice.

Had Drew cut my hair 3 weeks ago, everything was great thanked her she gave me her card I gave her a 5star review, tipped good so fast forward I called to schedule another haircut they said yes and gave them my number but then later got a call back before my appointment saying she went home sick, was out next week for vacation which I knew but then the lady on the phone said she's booked for 6 months and instead of suggesting another person there to cut my hair they suggested another salon. I was confused since There was no issue during my haircut and we had good banter and I tipped good so have no idea why this happened unless they got me confused with another person but gaslighting your customers and getting them mixed up is bad business. Nothing against Drew/Logan

I went and spent 3 hours and 47 minutes getting my hair permed here. The lady was very nice, but the perm was only 1/4 done. Only the very bottom of my hair got permed. I went back and asked how they would resolve the problem and they offered to redo it at full price. When I asked if I could get a discount because I was having to come back to get it fixed they said no. Then I asked if they would cut it off for free and they said they couldn’t do that either. Overall I would not suggest this business if you want to get a perm.

Drew waxed my brows for me and did a FABULOUS JOB 10/10 recommend coming to Salon Brands. Her personality was amazing, she was very kind and funny. The other staff members I met were all super pleasant as well
