Italian Restaurant Salvatore's reviews
18Was dark. Meet up here with the wrestling team. Was a little late and had to flag down a waiter to help us after most everyone already had their salads. We hadnt even been asked what we like to drink but was given plenty of bread.
Nice place to find classic itallian fare for a date night or special occasion. My wife and I enjoyed our meals and found plenty of vegetarian options.
It’s got that old school Italian vibe going on. Food was tasty delicious and service was on top of it.
I love this place. The food is amazing and the staff always makes you feel at home. The management is awesome and obviously have standards to ensure it’s the same quality every time. Better than v’s any day.
On July 15, we dined at Salvatore's for the first time. We had been badly let down by two other places, prior to our visit, so we were a bit gun-shy. The place is a bit small, and crowded, but the service was impeccable, and the food was stellar! We look forward to going back many times in the future!
This was our 1st time there. We went for a friend's 60th bday! Everything was perfect. Great time, good food and excellent service! Thank you for everything!
My fiancé and I have been here a couple times and again we are not disappointed. The atmosphere and food were amazing and if you come to Salvatore’s you will NOT be disappointed. Call ahead for reservations would be my advice because they are a popular place. Our waiter was very attentive without being overly attentive. Great service great food! Next date night call ahead and, enjoy!
Great food and awesome service - our server Matt was the best, made sure all our needs were met and had great recommendations. Will definitely come back!
Ordered via door dash, food arrived plastic wrapped in a Styrofoam container and when I opened it up there was hair in my food. Reached out and was refused a refund or compensation. What a waste of 50 bucks.
Asked the waiter what her favorite was & ordered it her way. Holy Toledo, it was amazing! Chicken spedini Giovanni & Samantha [w/cognac sauce]. Great service & the best Italian Margherita.
First time here, what a wonderful restaurant! I highly suggest making reservations. Seating is a little cramped and when busy, atmosphere is very loud but overall was a great experience. Our server Hannah was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!
On a little adventure for an item for our new porch led us to Blue Springs, MO area. My wife located this Italian restaurant and decided to give it a try. A quaint no frills restaurant from the outside, warm and inviting on the inside. Being early in the week, it wasn't busy and we were seated immediately. We ordered the Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms, our only issue, there were only five succulent mushrooms in a rich cheese sauce. I guess we needed room for the meal. ) We shared an order of Scampi Evola with a side order of Alfredo Linguine and a Caeser salad. Everything was absolutely delicious, the croutons were light in the salad (we felt the salad could have been cooler) but it was good. It was clear to us the meal was cooked with Love. Our server, Elizabeth was great, very knowledgeable and courteous. After the meal, the manager stopped by, we did not get her name (or I forgot it), she explained the restaurant had been owned by the same Italian restaurant (Garazzos) that had closed in Wichita, KS during Covid. An absolute favorite of my wife when she lived there. We ordered the Tiramisu to go, they wrapped it up for our long drive back home. It was a delicate creamy, chocolate and coffee piece of heaven. We will have to do a repeat visit.
This is like a little hidden gem. Food was delicious. My first time trying fried calamari. I’d love to try this place again. Very authentic Italian food.
Very comfortable, intimate. Romantic atmosphere, service was amazing.young guy new to the United States from Belize he was awesome. The food was fantastic! Will definitely be going back! Thanks!
Hill Special Pasta was bland and unseasoned as was the meatball, completely flavorless. The portion sizes were large, but the only thing that tasted good was the toasted garlic bread with cheese.
Quick seating on the last Saturday in April about 90 minutes prior to closing. Great variety of Italian dishes. I enjoyed the chicken over angel hair pasta. Their bread was wonderful. Service was on point. We took advantage of fewer guests to obtain some advice from our server to tour the next day. I will be back.
The food was divine! We've wanted to try it since moving to the area, but it was always packed - we know why now!
Excellent overall. Food is fresh, original and authentic. The bartenders, although young made an excellent fresh lemon martini and old fashioned. We love it and will be back!
