Do not recommend you use them to replace Iphone screen. I had my replaced last month and immediately got an alert there was a problem with the screen. The touch was completely off. Then I dropped it in water for a second and it immediately got in the water proof phone. Took it up there and was informed the adhesive they use doesn't seal the screen making it not water proof! Said I signed the policy that mentions that (I do not remember doing so) even so they should have mentioned that major detail! What a waste of over $200

Awesome experience. Fixed my broken camera lenses within an hour for an affordable price and gave me a discount on a new case and screen protector. Couldn’t recommend enough!

My battery on my Pixel 3 popped. Went to two other repair stores. Both refused to work on Pixel devices. Sam's had no issues working on Pixels. It was fairly late in the day, but they got me in, replaced the battery and got me on my way. Very friendly. Very professional, and reasonably priced!

I am super impressed, my phone was repaired quickly and perfectly. It was ready when promised. I hope I never have to get another repair but if I do, it will be done at this shop!

Was told about hour 30 min wait okay fine with that then i go back and get back my phone and nothing was done.the person infront of me had same problem and was charged twice.

In response to my last post. I dropped my phone in water a couple times before! Not ever a problem. It was water resistant! You made my phone defective the moment water touches it. YOUR COMPANY INSTALLED A SCREEN THAT USES A CHEAP ADHESIVE AND CHEAP SCREEN REPLACEMENT THAT ALLOWED WATER TO ENTER QUICKLY. SHADY BUSINESS! A good business would’ve offered some refund. Don’t forget the touch screen you installed was also terrible. The touch screen was your problem. I had an alert from iPhone that the screen was an issue, not the update lol. Take accountability.iPhones can get wet now and yes before you replaced the screen it was NEVER a problem if it got wet briefly because that’s how they’re designed.

Great Service! I asked for a board replacement, but he fixed it by professionally cleaning the connection port. I blew it out with a compressor many times, and that didn't do the trick. Saved me $85 - highly recommend!

We purchased what we thought was a new-to-slightly used Apple iPhone 11 and clear case in May for $458. It turns out that it was an iPhone X with replacement parts. The screen broke screen broke three weeks after purchasing, and the Apple store was not able to diagnose and repair (non-Apple parts). We asked for a refund for the phone 5 weeks after purchase when the screen quit working. I was told there was a "no return policy". They did replace the screen (although considered it not under warranty). After several attempts to resolve, we are selling on Swappa for a significant loss. When I went to sell on Swappa, I realized that it was actually an iPhone X. The store clearly misrepresented the phone. The manager will not allow me to speak with the owner - Sam. I am totally surprised. Sam's was good up to this point. This is really bad business. Caveat emptor.

I took my son's phone in to get repaired yesterday. I paid $135 to have his screen repaired picked up the phone at about 2: 20. I got home gave it to my son it is in a case. By 4: 00 the phone had cracked multiple times when he would touch the screen there would be blue spots in the screen. Almost as if it wasn't put on properly or it was a defective screen. I called this company to let them know about it and they told me that I could pay for it again. The man that answered the phone told me that his vendor would not replace the screen if it was defective so I would have to pay for it again? Really bad service will never go here again and wouldn't recommend anybody else does either.

Sam was friendly, courteous, and professional. I dropped my iPhone XR and cracked the screen in several different places. He fixed it in one hour. I will definitely go back if I need a repair in the future.

I have been into Sam’s cellphone repair on several occasions. He and his associates are always polite, helpful and determined to find the best solution at a reasonable price. They stand behind their products and workmanship, I would highly recommend especially as an alternative to having to deal with the Apple store!
