They don’t post their public walk in hours. They don’t make medical services readily available. They are poor with mental health, and tend to look down on addictions. I understand they are overloaded and way too busy trying to take the overflow off of research and Swope but what started off as a great opportunity has really turned into a mud slide of wasted education. I suggest KC cares.

Doctors are amazing but front desk ladies are mean, disrespectful and not helpful specially the Hispanics.

Behavioral Health Dept. Receptionists were super nice but once you to the intake you are assessed by a lady name, Shannon. She was very rude and very condescending. The first thing she asked is, are you here for drugs! I explain to her that that is very inappropriate and disrespectful to assume that's what I'm here for! She was trying to make me feel uncomfortable, so I started crying and she said I need in this because I'm feeling uncomfortable! But she just said she was a doctor/counselor which makes no sense if she can't handle someone crying. This is the first time I have ever been into a behavioral environment and nor will I ever go again because of her.

Do not go to this dentist if you it is an emergency. I was there on a business trip from Puerto Rico and went there for an emergency because my provider told me they accepted my insurance and new patients. They refused to even take a look at me to at least advice me to go back home.

Dr. Aris and his team were thoughtful, detail-oriented; excellent counseling and bedside manners. Absolutely appreciated the care we received there.

They never answer the phone. They charged me $95 to tell me to go somewhere else for my dental work.

I have all my health care needs meant here, physical, dental, mental, prescriptions, it's all here. They also offer help for low income people who don't have insurance.

They take a while to attend to the children but the treatment is very good, mainly in the girls who translate into Spanish and he highlighted that comment about the translators

They will leave you without your medication & are nearly impossible to get in touch with or get a call back. My doctor refuses to acknowledge my diagnosis that I got from a previous doctor despite there being records from him & other previous doctors I’ve seen. After months of telling him this he acted as if this was the first time he’d been informed of this & finally decided to get my records. (which I thought he had done months ago) Very irresponsible & negligent!

This place should not even get 1 star this place is so trash very unprofessional I am a former employer here I recently just got let go for being professional and giving my two week notice to them.

My daughter's regular doctor was unable to see her today so we were directed here because they accept walk-ins. I have NEVER in my entire life experienced such atrocious customer service. The receptionist with the ill fitting fire engine red wig was an absolute disgrace to healthcare. She was playing Meeting In My Bedroom by Silk at her desk with a half a dozen children nearby. Her attitude was as gross as her appearance/demeanor for the workplace. It wasn't directed towards me, but the way she treated the patient, providing medical advice from her desk as if she is a doctor, and rudely shooing her away and making her reschedule although she showed her that she was there on time was appalling. She immediately started eating wings at the computer, which led me to believe she was so dismissive so that she could eat. Her attitude and lack of professionalism was as greasy as those wings. She then began dropping F- bombs and talking badly aloud about the lady once she left with a lobby full of people. I will NEVER go back to that facility, no matter how severe. We left there and went to Urgent Care. I am positive this is not behavior conducive to Samuel Rodgers Healthcare Clinic's standards. Either treat people better or find another profession.
