San Rafael Townhouse Apartments, St. Louis MO

My experience with Wendy has been stress free. Everything was easy without any complications, she was most helpful to me and very kind. I recommend these townhouses to anyone looking for a home. She was awesome!

Wendy has been very kind and welcoming, has gone over and beyond to help me with moving to San Rafael. Liz has also been very helpful. Thank you ladies, I look forward to moving in soon.

Lived here for a year and it was great. Wendy and Liz in particular are very helpful and I would definitely consider renewing my lease here.

Going into my third year here and the leasing office, Liz and Wendy, are phenomenal. Any problems I’ve had has a speedy resolution. Looking forward to my third year.

The staff here is awesome. Liz and Wendy are a joy. Every time I go into the office they stop what they are doing and are willing to help me each time.

I usually have my rent paid and on time but my landlord Liz Harris is very understanding when it comes to me not having my rent on time and she reasons with me the new staff is amazing they even make suggestions on were to get help at what programs to get help from so i am giving all 5 stars!

Liz and Wendy are awesome.all the staff are friendly been here for awhile and can't complain at all.

Been in this apartment complex 4 years now! And I absolutely love it! The staff of awesome Always willing to help and answer questions and the maintenance crew is quick and effective!

Just moved in today and the process was very easy and quick thanks to Wendy. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good apartment.

This is the worst manage property I ever stayed in the revolving door of staff they keep are very disrespectful and unprofessional Take pictures of EVERYTHING THEY WILL LIE ON YOUR WALK THROUGH! Verify everything including “MOLD” they will try to blame you for pre existing conditions of the apartment… to keep your deposit definitely not worth the Money and your kid will most likely Go to Normandy schools Not Reitnour schools … “ don’t waste your time”

I stay here now don’t get me wrong I love the apartment I stay in, the Staffing horrible its always new faces and never the same agents in the office which means stuff is constantly changing new way for how they conduct certain situations. Every unprofessional, uneasy to talk to, rude and arrogant. I couldn’t even talk to the leasing manager boss or who ever they report to. I WANT to make an official complaint because I’m very happy with them,

My name is LaMont T. I lived in San Rafael from July 2018 to 2000. Let me tell you I really enjoyed my time there, I just hate I was working two jobs so I was never there. When I needed work done they was there the next day. It was peaceful and quite. If I needed to fine me another place, they would be my first choice. The only problem I had was when I moved out Michelle came to my apartment to inspect it, she was trying to find anything and everything wrong so I wouldn't get full deposit. I have heard it has change, a LOT. Young folks are moving in. Other than that, it was a nice place when I was there, I don't know about now. Thank you San Rafael.

DO NOT RENT HERE.i applied in November and didn’t hear from them until 3 weeks later just to tell me i was denied. I provide everything met the Qualifications. I asked why was i denied they told me they was unable to tell me over the phone and that i will receive a email and letter sent but it’s January of 2022 and i have yet to receive anything. They $275 is nonrefundable should’ve known then it was a scam. I called times again and now no one want to answer

UPDATE:
I have yet to receive the email or letter via USPS another lie. The manager did not inform me of any “general reasons” another lie. I was told they was NOT able to discuss decisions over the phone. And i called today and still received no answer. I just wanna know why was i denied
