San's Sandwiches, Gladstone MO

Great sandwiches, but I personally like other stuff. This visit I had the bun #13. So tasty. In my experience this place is not always speedy but is often very tasty. I also enjoyed the bean jelly dessert from the cooler though I never remember the name. Great place. Well worth a visit.

Not enough vegetables. I ordered 6 banh mi. They automatically put the veggies on the side, which I didn't mind. But they didn't put enough in. Only 3-4 cucumbers?

If you're going to charge $7 for one, please make it worth it.

Food looked good. I had a lot of time to look at it as I stood awkwardly at the front. About 10 minutes passed and no one said a word to me, just kept making food. So I left. Maybe idk how it works here but I'd be nice if someone greeted me or helped me.

They serve good food here. I like the bun bo hue. It isn't very spicy, though. Today they gave me 2 pork bones in there and usually it's really thick and plenty of meat but this time it was just the bone. The eggrolls aren't much to write home about. It seems like they are just store bought and fried. The pho was a favorite of my mom's. She enjoyed it. The customer service could be a bit better, but I think it's also because they don't really speak? The gentleman that took our order barely spoke to us. All in all, I would recommend San's to anyone wanting a banh mi. The eggrolls, spring rolls and a few of the soups are a bit pricey though, in my opinion.

I had to change my rating. This restaurant went from offering a nice sized portion to the smallest piece of steak possible. Prices are going up everywhere, but when I go eat in your restaurant, a 3 ounce piece of steak, 2/3's of which is fat. Not a one off either. That's the case the last 2 times I ate there. My wife and daughter like the food, so do I, but come on. Why reduce the portion on me. Disappointed to say the least.

The #13 is one of the most delightful things I've ever had the pleasure of shoving in my pie hole.

This is my favorite sandwich shop. It's cheap, the service is great, and they have the best spring rolls in town.

We found this place by accident. We were searching for a Jimmy John’s but they wouldn’t deliver. They we found this place. This is officially my new favorite sandwich spot. We had these delivered and they were just as fresh as if we ate at the restaurant. Bread and vegetables were fresh. You have to try this place.

The bánh mì found here aren't special and are just average. It was dry compared to other places.

The sandwiches (banh mi) are on the cheaper end of the spectrum compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. The manager was also nice enough to gift us a complimentary sandwich on our order when we asked about special deals. Maybe I got unlucky because the sandwiches I got tasted bland. However, I would definitely give this place another try due to the relatively lower prices.

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I had the Thịt nướng and Gà xé. We will absolutely come back to try the others. ️

Very very good. I had no idea any of the businesses in this shopping center we're here but Sans was great. The pho was excellent and they'll make it however you want. I ordered a bahn MI to go but I haven't eaten it yet. I expect it's going to be pretty good. When everyone in a Vietnamese restaurant and everyone in the shopping center and multiple restaurants around then I stopped in and talked to you all speak Vietnamese I think that is a good sign if you like Vietnamese food or Vietnamese people.

Fantastic lunch at San's today. One of the best bahn mi I have had! #1, #11, #13! Spring rolls were stuffed and delicious and everything was super fresh!

I had the beef pho it was slurping spicy delicious and the sandwiches there are delicious as well love this place and very very customer friendly

Our first time trying here. We ordered number #8 (Combination Sandwich) because the owner said it was very popular. He was right! It was fantastic. The ham was super tasty. The pork was the best I had so far! It was delicious! I'm totally be coming back for that!

We love this! Hope for more tofu or vegetarian options some day, but shrimp spring rolls are delicious!

I have a hard time telling people about my treasures and this is one of them. However if you happen to be in the area stop by and have the BBQ pork sandwich and some spring rolls its very good.

He's super friendly and the food is great! Banh mi are so flavorful with fresh veggie toppings. Also, the peanut sauce with the spring rolls is good enough to bathe in. I'd share pics of the banh mi we ordered, but we demolished them too fast.

Seriously the best bang for your buck. My family frequents this restaurant, they are friendly, down to earth, and make the best pho and sandwiches!
