My car looks brand new! Very pleased with their work so far, I just picked it up yesterday. The turn signals are blinking fast, not sure what is wrong there. They only replaced one headlight. I wish they would have called me to replace the other one, so they matched, the other one is old and foggy.

The work was good. I was told it would be complete on a Tuesday and it took until Friday before I was able to pick up the car. When I picked up my car, the tray was gone out of the middle console. I mentioned this to Kyle. He didn't say much. I know it was in there when I left the car. I had a new pair of prescription glasses in the console. This is the second time I have used Schaefer. I had a great experience last time but not sure if I will return again after this experience.

Top notch customer service. Kevin walked me through the entire process and made good on every promise. When I went to pick up my SUV I had to look twice to be sure it was mine; there was zero evidence of the prior damage.
