This old country store hasn't changed in decades. One of my fondest childhood memories was stopping here for a piled high deli sandwich or a huge scoop of ice cream. The place still has the same charm I loved back then.
This place is amazing always! If you are driving g through and you like ice cream or enjoy a good sandwich.this is the place to stop! Hands down.
Old fashion mom n pop general store with the biggest and best deli sandwiches and ice cream cones as big as your head for pennies!

Love there ice cream and sandwiches. And been going there for years for just that. And they do have alot of other good items there too.
Stopped by here on my trip back to St. Louis. Got two, huge, delicious sandwiches, a bag of chips and a giant single scoop of ice cream for $10! You can beat that. However, my only gripe was that the woman making our sandwich wasn't using gloves or didn't make it clear that she has recently washed her hands. Seeing her reach into the pickle jar with her fingers was a little unsettling. Still, 5 stars for an amazing little spot.
Amazing sandwiches, with lots of choices. Fresh dipped ice cream. Friendly staff. Lots of other items to purchase; hats, shirts, signs, etc.
They got awesome clothes for low low prices as well as other stuff, but he don't have gas but it's all good, going there shopping for clothes is worth it.
A must stop for any trip.coming past here from Chicago as a kid with my parents
