3I've worked for schiby for years, really miss it.great people who take care of you. Fair pay and good amount of home time.willing to support driver as family and not a number.
This company brings you on with no training, doesn't give you the right information to actually pick up the load, or deliver it. You have no idea how much you get paid for the load, they want you to be willing to wait for 2 days to even pick it up. I worked 4 different pick up and deliveries from Missouri to Arkansas 2 different times and then went from Missouri to South Carolina and got paid 147.00. They are crooks and very unprofessional. They want to go in and edit your times so that you can drive longer. Dan is the worst. To this day I have a brand new cb sitting in the truck that they won't give me. The only truthful one is Mike the mechanic. If you are thinking of applying at this place or shibi, run for the hills.
