13Had an old dishwasher removed to put new flooring underneath. The valve would not shut off. I was recommended this new "SharkBite" slip on valve. Requires no soldering or tap threading. The showed me how it worked. Easy enough I said. Shut off the water. Detained thel lines. Cutt off old valve and bam! New one slipped on and no leak! Thank you for great customer service. Something Home Dumpo is lacking these days.

I just recently started coming to Schneider True Value. Finally got tired of the Big Boys not having a clue what they were selling and poor Service! I was immediately impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the Staff! They always had what I needed.and at fair prices as well!
I have been going into the Schneider’s on a fairly regular basis for 15 years now. After today, it’s time to write a review. Jerry is the man! He has always gone out of his way to give knowledge and help in whatever way he can. Anyone I have sent to his store has said the same thing. He truly cares about his customers.
Today, I brought in a saw I desperately needed fixed as soon as possible. Jerry was busy as usual when I showed up and was surprised to see me. I did not call ahead like I normally do to inquire about his workload for repairs. I explained how I needed my saw fixed as soon as possible. Jerry said with a smile, “Let me see what I can do. ”
BY LUNCHTIME, I got the call my saw was fixed! I showed up to pick it up and thank Jerry profusely. He was busy working on another one when I showed up and I didn’t want to be a burden. So, Thank you for today, Sir! Thank you for the last 15 years, Jerry!
Surprising how much is in there. But more so, all the available, friendly help! I'll be back. (Was hoping for a veteran discount though.)
Schnieders hardware is an awesome store. Great owners and Great employees. I have been doing business with them for over 30 years. Great service. Great place to buy Stihl equipment and any hardware and painting needs. 5 star business.

Jerry and his team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable with what they have. The prices are very fair and frankly are better than Home Depot and Lowe's, and the service is fantastic.
