19What a great group of employees. I called them up and ask questions about a recall on my TV they took the time to explain it to me they ordered the part and they came to my house when it was convenient for me they fixed my TV very quickly they were very professional they came all the way to South City where I live and they were fantastic the TV is working great Mitsubishi paid for the repair so I know under warranty they did not make a ton of money on the warranty work but I really appreciate the way they treated me how fast they did it and how professional they were and how knowledgeable they are these folks know electronics I would definitely recommend anyone in St Louis with an electronics issue to call them they will come to you or you can go to them great job.
My Samsung TV horror story is unfortunately way too long to type here, but I can tell you that the only people who cared about my issue were the good guys at Schneider TV.
I didn't even buy the television from them! But they were the only honest, competent people that I encountered in what is now a six-week in-warranty repair/replacement nightmare.
I think there is now no doubt about my thoughts on the Samsung organization, but have no doubts about you getting superlative service from Schneider TV.
Fixed my hubby's precious 3 D TV. Replaced all of the LEDs Awesome job very reasonable. My husband was so happy he bought lunch for the whole shop thanks so much guys!
Fred was very helpful in guiding me through the process of contacting LG for support. He contacted them on my behalf as well. I highly recommend Fred and Schneider TV!

I appreciated Bob and Alex fixing my Samsung TV under warranty. They were on time and knowledgeable about the product. They replaced multiple parts because of error codes they read through the TV. I appreciate this proactive approach to avoid a series of trial and error that would have caused multiple appointments and multiple removals off the well. This should resolve our issue without another service call. I will call them again for TV service.
Fixed my tv that was under warranty. The whole process went smoothly from setting up an appointment to the actual service call. They were on time and efficient.
They told us it would be cheaper to replace our TV than to fix it. Not what we wanted to hear but, they were honest.
Awesome service.called me when they were 15 min out.arrived they diagnosed and repair my tv in less than an hour and even helped me re wall mount my tv which they didn't have to do.replaced all the parts to get my tv up and running again.tv was under warranty with Samsung so i didn't pay a dime.
Very professional. When i called them about the repair my tv was only two years old but out of warranty. They told me to call Samsung and directed me on who to talk to. Thanks to there advice samsung extended my warranty saving me 600 dollars.

Bob Schneider and his team are amazing! I had a minor WIFI connectivity issue with my 6 month old Samsung Q6TD television, and within 30 minutes of arriving at my home, they had replaced the necessary parts, set the TV back up, and verified it was connecting to my home network again. To say they are fast and professional is an understatement. I haven't seen this level of service in decades. Keep up the great work!
I’m am very impressed with this company. I called Samsung and they put a service ticket in and this company called me multiple times and left messages. I finally answered and explained that I watched multiple YouTube videos to try and fix my tv and I thought I figured out the problem was the main board and said I ordered a new part and was waiting for it to arrive. Instead of saying ok and hanging up, the gentleman helped me troubleshoot the issue to make sure I had it right. He was super nice and easy to understand. We walked through it and he agreed with my diagnosis. He did all of this for FREE. If I had an issue I couldn’t figure out I wouldn’t definitely hire them. Totally HONEST company and would 100% recommend them!

It has been a long time since I've experienced this level of customer support! Bob Schneider and team are excellent! I am completely impressed with their service! Call them if you need TV repair they are the best.

Drop the 50" TV off. It was blinking in and out from black screen to a picture screen. They fixed it less than a week.
Such great service and so trustworthy and honest - called Schneider about a Sony TV issue and was told over the phone the part needed would cost about $700 so probably wasn’t worth it to fix. When I decided I’d probably just have to throw out my 4 year old 65 inch Sony Bravia, the guy on the phone told me I should call Sony even though the Tv was out of warranty because it looked like they might fix this specific part for free due to some issue they were aware of for this model. I called the number he gave me and now I have a free repair scheduled by Sony - all thanks to Schneider. Will definitely go here for any TV repair in the future and recommend them to anyone that has TV issues.
