Schnucks Cross Keys, Florissant MO

Very long lines. Get home and unload my groceries only to realize my bagger/cashier (Asia) didn't give me all my bags. Immediately, I went back to retrieve my items, and the line was even longer. Such an inconvenience.

Staff is generally friendly, but store has a huge problem keeping anything in stock or having items stocked in the right places. Multiple items listed in their app as not available in the app at this store often are actually on the shelf while items not listed as being out of stock often can't be found.

I visited both in the early morning late evening and afternoon and haven't managed to see any difference with respect to how much is missing on the shelves and how much is just not in the right spot.

My hometown Schnucks grocery store. I go here very often. It usually has everything in stocks that I need.

Ree-Ree the Customer Support person was very nasty and rude when I came to return some spoiled meat she was on the phone and trying to stop someone else from helping me at the same time. Schnucks is to high for me to be keeping spoiled meat just be fair and polite to customers when they come we like shopping at Schnucks but we don't have to with bad and rude services like that.

My elderly mother and I found everything she was looking for. I was surprised to see so much stray merchandise everywhere especially while in the checkout line. Looked messy.

Ah it's kinda hit or miss for me. Not my favorite location to go to but it's ok depending on what you're looking for.

I purchased a paper product from the machine, and it was split in half. The manager would not give me my money back, nor give a replaceable. Instead, he said the best he could do was put tape on it.

This store is never fully stocked. Many times I have left the Cross Keys location and went to another location because they never have what I’m looking for. The grapes are always soft and some parts molded. For some reason the Rotisserie Chicken seems to get smaller and smaller and looking like Cornish Hens but yet they are charging $8 for it.

They need to check dates and products more. I have bought a rotten onion before and molded cheese. I called corporate and nothing happen. The managers are rude and didnt even apologize.

Most of the produce available to buy at this store goes bad very quickly. It is very common for this location to have alot of out of stock items in multiple areas of the store. I visited last night to buy steaks. I found VERY limited options and some of the meat looked very old and possibly rotten. I made this observation based on the color of the meat. I have posted photos in the photo section for the store. With the price of food currently, I expect a more decent selection choicd and fresher product then what is available.

Tis A Very Big Store. They have Alot of stuff there and their donuts Are So Very Delicious.
They Do have a pretty good selection of icecream there. Sometimes They even have bundles of firewood for a reasonable price.

This is my first visit since about 2months and it was very pleasant to see NEW nice employees that are very nice from the others that was not so friendly and didn't say at least Good morning or Hello all they did was stare and keep walking

Don't go there on a Sunday no carts lines are soooooo long at the check out and people just walk right into you. Sorry to say but it is what it is!
