Schnucks Distribution, Kinloch MO

After reading most of the reviews. Got to Schnucks around 01: 00 for a 10: 00 appt.knowing I can get my 10 hours break in there. Once I have arrived park the truck and checked in at the guard shack which they seem pretty cool. Gave them all my information. Got a wake up call at 09: 00, told me what door to back in, bumped the dock and check in with receiving. Told to go back to the truck once done and will give me price for lumpers. At 10: 30 they called and told me the price and out I went to my next pick up. They have restrooms and overnight parking. Make sure to check in once you arrive because they start receiving around 04: 00.

Quick on unloading, go there at 8am appt was for 9am called me and gave me door at 9: 20 got paperwork at 10: 30.

Not a bad place at all the people were all very nice polite unload time was not bad at all. No over night parking however.

Overnight parking before your appointment. U can park after ur appointment but must leave by 8pm if ur unloaded. Appointment was at 0400 called back at 0330. Emptyed at 0530

Very selfish, taking money from drivers by holding them “hostage” for paperwork for 9-12 hours. Terrible situation here. I don’t even think the people who work there realize how pathetic the place is and how it’s damaging hard working drivers income.

Appt at 11 a.m. Checked in at 10: 45 am. Got a door at 12: 10 p.m. Green light at 3: 45 p.m. Paper work at 4

Waist of time, 5 hours after delivery appointment still not empty an it is friday afternoon already lost one load

Poor work ethic. Doesn’t care how long drivers sit.received over 450$ detention for a straight pull off

Absolutely Horrible. 9am appt it is now 6: 15pm, still here with no end in sight. Don’t deliver here if you wish to keep your sanity.

12+ hrs to unload. Cant leave to get food, only snack machine in there. Found one of the employees sleeping on a bench at check in. Not sure if he was homeless but looked like an employee. Worst place I have ever delivered to, avoid at all cost. They don’t deserve even half a start. 1 star is a compliment.

Fast and well organized. Less than 3 hours with a trailer filled with a mixed load. Has parking with rest room if you're early or out of hours, but they clear it out at 8pm.

2 star because it does have over night parking. But capstone really? On the door 6 hours already. Not a fancy load frozen chicken. I've been the only truck left for a hour now. Really can't figure out why warehouse's still use capstone. They are terrible Nationwide

If you want lost all day you welcome! My check is 4: 30 am, apt. 8 am and I’m still here. 3: 45 pm. Super fast job company! ‍️

It’s take about 4 hrs for unloading half trailer. After green lights on, Driver have to wait phone call from lumpers. It’s take again 2 hrs. Avoid this place

There's this gruff, beardy, tagger, on dry, with a ball cap, that is just a delight to be around. He's always asking for more work with a gigantic smile on his face. He helps everyone around him. He's definitely my hero. I aspire to be just like him. If only this place had 300 more people like him. He gets 4 stars.

4 hours to unload and 30 minutes to get paperwork. Penske employee's more concerned about their conversations than actually doing their jobs. Thanks to Penske I got an extra $25 dollars in detention (01/25/19 @ 1830).

I'm curious how much they charge Schnuck's a day for this.:)

Anyways, I'm just thankful (because the way freight rates are right now the small amounts like this add up).

Arrived at midnight for 11am appt. Parked and checked in at guard house. Was told recieving doesn't open until 8am and that I would get a call once assigned a door. Got some rest and finally got a dock a little after noon. 4hrs later I got the green light but that just meant hurry up and wait for them to count the product or whatever they do. After another hour Capstone calls with lumper fee but bills still not quite ready.

I would give zero star on this facility if possible you check early but be very ready to wait for up to 7 hours to be assigned a dock door not a good place for owner operator

Easy in and out, but if you have to stay in the lot to finish your break, good luck. There’s a nasty old man in a food truck that drives around blowing his horn for about 2-3 hours. Security won’t do anything about it. I won’t be back.
