They usually have the items im looking for, it's as clean as most schnucks, check out system though is usually horrible! Lines clear back past pharmacy, to dairy aisle

I hate I have a breathing problem in it takes everything out of me to walk in one door park on 1 side and then leave and then have to walk in the heat across the parking lot it about killed me today I won't be back to snooks any time soon It's ridiculous that you have to go in one door and out the other when you park at 1 end and then have to go across that hot parking lot in this heat

They go out of their way to accommodate the best of service to theit customers.
Although sometimes getting good responsible help is not always available when young people today, have fun and plesure on their mind outside the store or with each other! Instead of watching what they are doing and becoming careless at the register toward cash out and packaging.

Even with the mandatory mask policy there were still ignorant people darting around the store without one. Is there not anyone to reinforce this? Some staff are unfriendly. It's like your bothering them. And what is the deal with the return policy? I can understand not accepting open food products because of the pandemic, but dog shampoo? Your customer service people are like cranky robots. The only reason I gave you 3 stars was the friendly pharmacy staff (ironically CVS now). Also, the store is usually stocked with what I need.

Closest grocery store. Has Money Gram, pay bills, several conveniences. Expensive for groceries but when you can only walk so far it works. Customer service was EXTREMELY slow.

Good selection for most things, but the fresh produce is often on the border of overripe and the bananas often carry fruit flies.

I Went There To But Dog Food They Had Price Under Bags $15.99 I come to the register they say it’s 26.99$ They called menager and he is laughing in my face saying u didn’t read fine print On What Doog Food Is Thats why price was there Because Bags Are To Big to fit where it needs to be common Bait And Switch They Use For Customers Tired Of Schnucks And Their Excuses WHILE THEY SCREW CUSTOMERS OVER PLEASE IF U HAVE SIMILAR EXPIRIANCE DONT GO THERE!

My grandfather was shopping there Friday around 6pm (still bright out). There were no handicap spaces available for him to park so he was forced to park further away. As he returned to his car he was robbed! My grandfather has a pacemaker and relies on it for 85% of his heart function. The man that attacked him hit him there. Luckily my grandfather is ok and was able to tell his story. Several issues at this location that need to be corrected.

1. This store has the man that attacked my grandfather on surveillance and will not release it to help identify the man.

2. The alleged attacker was already seen as suspicious while in the store, yet stopped watching him as soon as he waked out. The parking lot is still Schnucks property!

3. The handicapped parking had vehicles that did not have any indication (sign or plates) that they were allowed to park in the designated spot. Yet, there was no security walking the parking lot to ensure the proper use of the spots.

4. The security guards only stay up front in the shade. I understand it’s hot, however, it is the security guards job to ensure safety and that means in the parking lot as well.

Very Beautiful shopping Area Now, but Bck when I was growing up it was just Schmucks now today it's basically a mini mall area but very beautiful and well taken care of that's for sure.

I love the diversity in this place... You might hear five different languages being spoken in any one visit... To me that's what city living is all about

The guard treated me like a criminal when the only thing that I did was work hard all day to help someone else needing a hand, even though I tried to talk to him he judged by appearance and that's wrong with the majority of people who are interested in a person looks opposed to the person who doesn't fit their ideal person

It was a early morning visit the one line was extremely long called while in line to speak with manager to complain. I was then informed another lane was opened.bad experience.with the cost of food.there should be more than 1 opened lane

Needs improvement. This is not up to standards as other Schnuck market's are.hasn't been for a long time. Need BETTER customer service at the check outs and MORE check outs open in the a.m other than only two check outs. When you know better, you do better.

This store is not what it used to be. Dirty conveyor belts, dirty floors, less security, and the salad bar was atrocious.

One employee couldn't understand my English and she was born here, the other one I asked a question of was pretty good, service is missing in our country

I live down the street, this store is my Go to store for everything! Besides cigerettes, I don't smoke but I buy Cigs often for my grandmother and the Cigs here are a bit expensive so I buy them from the gas station across the street. Other than that I but everything from Dove to Ice Cream to Diapers to getting my meds, not to mention.yu can buy almost anything on food stamps here, (try buying their already cooked food) thank me later. Store is clean & very busy at times, self check out is very convenient and fast. Also I been shopping here my whole life I'm 23 & I've never been shot at or felt like I was in any danger like others are claiming, I feel safe with my children there at any time of the day or night & lastly there ARE security guards (actual police officers) inside and outside of the store at ALL times!

One point off for so many employees in the way during rush hour - stocking and not helping. One point added because a woman from Seafood with nothing to do came over to help the deli which was slammed.

I have shopped at this grocery store for years some people say it's a little ghetto and it's not as nice as other Schnucks grocery stores I beg to differ the people in here are awesome they work hard again they are knowledgeable they're friendly this is a good place to shop.

The cashiers tend to be very friendly usually but everyone has a bad day. I have been there many times, I've been yelled at by the meat guy, oftentimes the store is out of stock of basic things, the pharmacy is ridiculous. I only come here for emergencies.
