Schnucks Telegraph, St. Louis MO

Our neighborhood grocery store. Its well supplied with many choices. Has a bank & pharmacy in the store with a large produce section, a fresh daily food bar, & a nice bakery section & deli.
Handicap parking & bathrooms if needed.

Came here during the winter storm to pick up some jaicamas. Wanted to see if they were good so asked an employee to cut them open for us when we assured him that we were going to buy them afterwards. Just wanted to be sure they were good so didn't have to make two trips. He was very accommodating and wrapped them up for us afterwards. Sorry I can't remember his name. Great service though.

I have never heard a staff so rude in life. The meat man was extremely rude to an elderly woman who wanted thin cut pork steaks. The woman at the self check out had an attitude with every single person around her. Will never return to this location.

The most schnucky schnucks in all of SO Co MO? All of the employees were extra schnucky. Extra schnucky lines, and great schnucky service. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

My family or I have never had a good experience here, and it just got worse with covid. Most the workers seem to hate working there. The only good thing was the US Bank people and now they're gone

The register person made me fill a way today i had my order an someone else order i had my grocery on the bottom of the buggie he called someone over to take my stuff out the bottom an i said this is two different orders he said i just want to make sure u pay for it?

Mark the checker is super cool, one employee who appears to be a manager never wears a mask, but require everyone else too?

Very nice clean organized store. I feel very safe here the employees are overwhelmingly very nice and courteous this is one of the better schnucks in the area I highly recommend this store great job schnucks and I really do appreciate how clean the store is so you definitely have my business

Love the store-but the Assistant Service Manager is still not wearing a mask -if she indeed has a medical issue prohibiting any kind of mask/face covering or shield- isn't she putting her health at risk?

It was OK. All the carts inside were lined up, I could not tell if all were sanitized. I took a small cart and sanitized it myself. Still no Clorox wipes, I guess they sell out fast.
Check out staff is always very friendly.

Store not busy. Pharmacist extremely helpful with transferring of scripts. The CVS switchover next week will be interesting.

A great grocery store with super friendly employees. They certainly make you feel like you are a valued customer, unlike some of the discount grocery stores. Join the rewards program and often you can stack with the paper coupons from the Sunday paper.

I was having a really bad day and i went in to pay my electric bill. Andrew at the courtesy counter was absolutely wonderful! He was able to make me smile and was so patient and actually listened to me! I never felt rushed and would love to deal with him next time! Please make sure he gets the recognition he deserves!

Shelves aren't stocked. Carefully examine produce because it's left on the shelf too long and can be starting to rot. Same with meat. Water added to hamburger. We shopped there for years. Now we use Aldi and only use this Scnucks as a convenience store. Don't wish to be mean but this store has had problems for years.
