Schnucks Twin Oaks, Ballwin MO

Store is clean and the staff was very friendly.

Only negative is the parking spots are real tight.

I drive a full size pick up and have to park far away from the entry to not beat up the cars next to me.

Probably not Schnucks fault, just an observation.

Great store and friendly people. Just don't buy from the deli! Purchased fried chicken at 5pm when I got home it was so hard and dry had to throw it away

Never a struggle to make a quick short stop and actually get into and out in a timely manner.

One person inperticully will intentionally tell me on 4 occasions already.my medicine will be ready by the afternoon the day it's due for pickup but always makes sure I don't get it until closing time ie: 8 pm or after. Kindly let him know I don't drive well at night due to being nearly blind in one eye would like to pickup while it's still light outside. He will ask which med it is.when I tell him his entire attitude changes towards me. Always call in the early AM the day of pickup. "won't do that anymore" last month said it would be filled by the afternoon showed up at 7: 30 pm and it was still not filled, Pharmacist on duty quickly took care of me and filled it. Been going there for years for the same and others have always accommodated me the day of and I let him know that asking why he's treating me differently. I've never been rude him once. Calls at the pharmacy should be recorded to see how customers are treated on the phone based on the medicine you are on. It's truly unfair to belittle customers due to there health status conditions.

Really nice store to shop in. It was the day before Christmas and they opened more lanes to accommodate the lines.

Bad customer service when I went to the seafood deli. The guy behind the counter had a nasty attitude. I'm a regular customer and will not be going back.

Schnucks is one of the better grocery chains in the area. I almost always have a good experience.

The employees are nice and the store is clean. I avoid this store, however.

Don't trust the sales because they will ring up full price or higher. No customer service if your receipt is wrong (spoiler: it will be). The other Schnucks in the area seem to have more accurate and better pricing.

Terrible deli with no comprehension of fairness with waiting customers. Unbelievably long lines at checkout. SICK of hearing about them being short staffed! Can’t wait until Aldis opens across the street.

Had chocolate covered strawberries and other valentine treats. Used self checkout and it was fantastic.

Very rude customer base. I've been here now on 7 separate occasions out of convenience and honestly I'd rather just go the extra distance to avoid dealing with the people here. Staff are lovely but it's patrons are the worst I've seen and make shopping alot more difficult than it should be

I love customer payback account. The staff is also friendly. They even have curbside pickup.

Schnucks is where my husband & I have shopped for the last 10 yrs! Everyone working at 'Schnucks', Twin Oaks Center in Ballwin, are Absolutely Wonderful! Being retired, when there I see many 'Employees' women & men moving quickly, getting whatever job at that moment completed Plus most of the time all have a beautiful smile & ask, "how's your day been going"! The most Courteous, Friendly, Always willing to help & Really know their jobs plus help other Co-workers. Amazing! We have enjoyed seeing all your friendly faces. We are moving soon, so to all, stay safe, remember all of us have good & bad days but your smiles lift so many ppl.
We will truly miss you.

This is the best place to shop to find items that maybe out of stock at other stores. It may cost more but you just may find what you are looking for.

I drove through the pharmacy to pick up my meds for the first time as a permit driver and the pharmacist was so nice! I wonder if she knew how hard it was to turn into the drive through, haha.

Shout out to Alexis in the floral dept who went of her way to help me get out of a bind. Good representative of the store and why I prefer you guys over Dierbergs!

Very nice local grocery store. Very friendly staff who always tried to help. With their app, you can where anything is located in the store. On the con side, not always easy to find Asian food, a good selection of wine but slightly pricier than specialized store. Convenient, friendly.

Parking is not designed well. Service is rude and snotty here. Other Customers are ignorant too. Rather drive to Fenton

Constant holes in every aisle, doesn’t look like anyone stocks through the day to replenish, even if temp out stocks not in place. Is it in the back id is it a true hole? None of the employees say hi through the store nor at checkout. It creates a tense atmosphere where the customers are just “there” and seeing the employees, they do not seem engaging towards customers.
