Scooter's Coffee, Jackson MO

My daughter and i went to Scooter's for coffee. I love all the selection, but my favorite was caramelicous. I really love the play on words "scoot on around to the window" lmbo ill definitely will go back.

Great spot to get the coffee you need in your life. Prices are competitive. The atmosphere is a drive through environment. The staff are friendly. The promotions are exceptional. I am not a coffee person but I take care of two coffee drinkers and they love this place.

There's something about Scooter's coffee.their motto is on point because I was a dedicated Starbucks fan for over 15 years & yet Scooter's has become a game changer! I've had not one bad drink from there & the baristas are willing to create whatever your heart desires.like my iced Americano with 4 pumps of white mocha only

Service is excellent where they strive for friendliness & getting to know you & drive thru is quick! Jackson location is my number one spot, but I've also experienced the Cape & St. Louis location with each place being absolutely wonderful!

Love scooters! They have the most friendly staff, and work hard! I’ve never been in line longer than a few minutes! Every drink I’ve had is always delicious and if you have a hard time, deciding their staff is awesome at recommending favorites! They also have a great rewards and loyalty program through their app!

Have never had a bad experience at this place until today. Ordered my usual expresso ground. The lady gave me like 4 different flavors to choose from. I said can you repeat that she said them again. I said caramelicious I guess I was confused expresso has never been offered to me in different flavors. Get to the window and she hands me a bag of ground coffee. I said is this expresso she says no it's coffee. Did you want this and held up a bag of expresso. I said yes ground. She said we don't grind this it is whole beans. I said I get it here all the time ground. Again she says mam we have never ground it. I said well you are lying but ok I get it here all the time ground. Again she argues with me and says mam we have never done that. I said it's OK I know the manager and I am contacting them. At that time I said that she said well we used to grind it but we don't anymore. That sent me over the edge. She flat out lied to me! She could of said I'm sorry mam we used to grind it but we don't anymore. Nope she argued with me until she heard contacting the manager! Then she changed her story to we used to but not anymore. I called her a smart ellic and drove off. Don't lie and be a smart ellic with a smile on your face! I stop at Scooters in Jackson MO every chance I get, but this will be my last trip there!

Their coffee drinks are very fluffy and sweet, but they lack coffee. I ordered a 4 shot drink and could barely tell, went back through and got an 8 shot frapuccino, that was acceptable. Btw, if your whip cream is not sugar free then there is no reason to put it on a "sugar free" drink, that could risk health or safety.

We stopped by while visiting family, and it was a different kind of coffee than I'm used to.

My wife ordered a blended Pumpkin Caramelicious. It did not taste strongly of coffee, and the cinnamon was a bit strong, but overall she enjoyed it.

I had a Mango Smoothie. I seems to have yogurt or some sort of milk base that tones down the mango flavor. Not bad, but a little disappointing.

My daughter had a Matcha Green Tea Smoothie with chocolate added. Though this may sound like an unlikely combination, it's absolutely delicious and more common than you'd think. Her only complaint was getting chucks of ice through the straw.

So glad I stopped for coffee from scotters day was hard, but the coffee made it tolerable.
