Scotsdale Apartments, Springfield MO

I have just signed my third lease, Scotsdale Apartments are in such a convenient location for me and all that I do. I enjoy the area that I am located in and thankful to be here.

I'm a cat owner and have been looking to get a hamster, but they have no information on very small pets. The apartments are nice, but they promised us free wifi and we received none. Other than that, these are great apartments.

Me and my family have been living in Scotsdale for almost 2 years now. And we just renewed our lease for the 3rd year. We have not encountered any issues and management as well as maintenance is always amazing!

After living here for one year, I renewed my lease for a second year! The perfect place for me to live while I finish up college! Very spacious and quiet considering where the apartments are located on battlefield.

The staff is friendly and responsive, and the building amenities are top-notch, making for a comfortable and convenient living experience. The building is located near many restaurants, grocery and shopping stores.

Scotsdale has been a great apartment to live in. I've moved into a renovated unit twice now, and each time, I've been satisfied with what I get for the price (especially compared to other complexes around the city). When I first lived here a few years ago, there had been some issues with cars getting broken into but that was back before they started building the new hotel next door. Since then, I personally haven't noticed any crime. It's a great, central location, close to the mall, with plenty of food options. If you use city transportation, there are walkable bus stops. No matter what college you go to, they're all a relatively short drive away. My only complaint would be the thin walls, but what apartment don't you hear your neighbors in?

I'm going on my third year at Scotsdale, and I have been happy here! Obviously Battlefield Rd.has some traffic noise but you have to expect that living anywhere around here. Management is extremely communicative, and the rental rates are more reasonable than a LOT of properties these days.

Scotsdalle has been a good place to live, been here since March move in was simple and easy. Maintenence is quick to respond to any issues at the building. Will be renewing lease.

My husband and I have lived here for one year and it’s been absolutely amazing! Only minor things we would change but really it’s a great place to live and are very grateful for a safe place to live.

I lived here for a few years now with very few issues. These apartments are in a great location with a great management staff. The apartments are affordable and quite spacious. From sending an email or putting in a maintenance request, they respond very quickly.

The management here has been amazing and responsive for over two years. Maintenance is done regularly from pest control to HVAC filter changes. The maintenance team is very on top of any service requests we have had, any issues we experienced were fixed quickly. Management goes above and beyond for their tenants!

This is my first place out of college, and I think it has been great for that effect. It's the most affordable apartment I could find in the Springfield proper area, both on rent and that electricity is the only utility I have to cover. Management is friendly and has always provided clear answers to any questions I may have (and I've had plenty doing this for the first time). The units are right on Battlefield, so it can get a little noisy sometimes, especially in the summer when one of the motorcycle riding groups uses the gas station across the street as a meet up point. I'm pretty used to that by now though, and my brain hardly registers traffic sounds. All in all, a good place if you're starting out and are on a tight budget.

The price may be high for a one bedroom apartment, but you're getting a sizable apartment that is completely renovated with all new features. The included internet is also a huge plus.

Great place to live if you enjoy constantly running your vehicle through potholes or replacing your vehicle’s suspension components frequently. The parking lot is in horrible shape and you have to constantly try to dodge huge potholes. It needs to be fixed badly. The Lot also doesn’t get plowed when it snows, unlike most other complexes in the area which makes the deteriorating parking lot even more frustrating to navigate.

The most perfect location for a tenant without a car. Everything is easily accessible like schools, shops, supermarkets, hospitals, clinics, and parks. Shops are literally across the street. Maintenance requests and periodic check-ups were done in a timely manner, in fact barely a downtime. So, I am extending my stay.
