It's a parking garage. Had to pay in cash since their machine is broken. Don't carry much cash so had to go find an atm.

$15 cash only, convenient for a show at Fox Theater, a bit difficult to leave due to traffic

Parked for the Fox Theatre. Realized we had tickets for a later performance and they let us leave and use the ticket later that afternoon. So, nice since it was our mistake.
