Scout Coffee, Blue Springs MO

We fueled up for our long trip back to Georgia at this cute coffee shop! My husband and I love to support local coffee shops when we travel and this one was top notch. They had many fun food/drink choices, a cozy atmosphere, and very friendly service. FYI, the Hampton Inn just down the street was a very nice place to stay. The people went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful!

I've had worse coffee but I've definitely had better. Overpriced for what you get.

Love this little local place for coffee drinks and food. A variety of unique flavored lattes. Today I had the rice krispy treat and my buddy had the honey graham. Both were very good. Also the chirizo and sausage burritos are delicious. Such a cool place.

Neat coffee house on main street in Blue Springs, my wife and I stop in from time to time to grab some coffees, always made quickly and well. Atmosphere is very cool as well, stop in for a coffee, you won't be disappointed!

This coffee house is cozy. You can tell that the owners wanted to invite you into the old school, sit down and stay for awhile comfortable feeling. I love a novelty coffee house that does this because it’s the way it should be. The bad part of my experience was with the girl taking orders this morning at about 10 o’clock. I have a severe intolerance to artificial sweeteners because they cause bad headaches. All I asked was is there any in the syrups. Two ladies were impatiently beating around the question when another good soul chirped in, “yes they do” from the other side where you get your drinks. I was graced by her honesty and down to earth tone. Later when I went for a refill the one with the attitude didn’t accommodate. My advice to the owners is to hire employees with the gift of down to earth hospitality and genuine care for their customers. We want to feel the welcome in your smile. I think this place would be a hot spot for me anytime I come into town if that were the case.thank you.

I am a regular here, and it's always a highlight of my day. Absolutely my favorite coffee shop.

The atmosphere is very rustic and relaxed. Staff is always kind and smiling. The drinks, while a bit pricey, are well worth it. I highly recommend the root beer float latte, it sounds odd I know but it is fantastic!

Great local coffee/pastry shop in a converted house and off the beaten path. Porch sitting, friendly staff and fresh offerings with a relaxed atmosphere. Shop Local!

By far my favorite coffee place in Blue Springs. Employees are super nice, coffee is amazing, the vibes are always so chill, and it’s such a light and cozy feeling.
(Plus I like that the employees have their own regulars and it’s fun to see the friendships between everybody, even you don’t know them.)
If you don’t know what to get, I highly recommend the thin mint latte:)

Scout is my HAPPY place! Always such a fun and enjoyable experience. The Scout team goes above and beyond to make you feel extra special, I often take their recommendations on coffee drinks! My current favorite is the pistachio latte with oat milk, runner ups being the blackberry mocha and honey lavender latte. My kids love the homemade protein balls and Scratch Bakery goodies particularly the sugar cookies and pop tarts, yum! The quiche is delightful if you're looking for something hearty. They now roast their own beans! The coffee is smooth and delicious and their seasonal drinks are always a nice treat. They offer many alternatives and options if you have any dietary restrictions/preferences. Very creative minds behind it all. They have such big hearts and smiles, the energy is just so joyful and refreshing from the moment you walk in. It's apparent that they take great pride in what they do and that they truly care for this community (it's all about "Coffee and Kindness")! Thank you, Scout Coffee, for being such an amazing part of Kansas City!

This little coffee place has a great casual vibe. They also have milk alternatives! Vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Home made pop tarts are legit
