I am taking care of a person on hospice. Power outage twice this week alone. He needs his oxygen and other things that requires electric. Please fix the problem not a band-aid.
Moving to Macomb, Mo soon, and setting up the account, working with Se-Ma, paying our bill-everything has been amazing and the customer service is friendly, efficient, and professional! Sooooo much better than PG & E, by leaps and bounds! Thank you Se-Ma!
Very frustrating that I get a busy signal everytime I call. They need to get another line or something.
I got nothing but a busy signal each time I called to pay the bill til right before they close.
