Seaport Family Dentistry is a wonderful family practice. You will find caring dentists and hygienists, courteous office staff, and great hours for working folks. We've been going for decades.

Some dental hygienist are really nice and gentle and won’t rush through your visit so depends on who you get. The checkout staff is usually not the friendliest, which is what I experienced today! They couldn’t answer why there was a previous balance on my account, couldn’t figure out it all the while with an attitude. I ended up just telling her to have billing office call me. She hesitantly said… ok.

I arrived a week early. My mom would call my mixup 'sometimers'. But the two resourceful receptions hooked me up with Val who had a cancellation. Val was great and problem solved since I'd gotten dropped off and would have had to wait an hour before my ride could come. Many thanks.

Great service! I called in got a voice mail and left a message. I was immediately contacted by text and was able to get an appointment that day. They are the most efficient dental office I have encountered. The Dental service was great, took care of my issue in a timely and professional manner. Definitely 5 star service, recommend them highly

I had a crown break and was leaving in 2 days to go out of town and I am so very thank for Seaport Family Dentistry for getting me in quickly and replacing my crown.

The whole staff was absolutely amazing on my first visit! They walked me through everything they did and gave me great tips on taking care of my teeth. They were very respectful and considerate when I mentioned my anxiety and checked in every view minutes to make sure I was doing good! I highly recommend and will be telling all of my friends to come here!

I was very pleased to have been seen so quickly for a consultation, as well as scheduling my next appointment in a matter of weeks; as opposed to months at other offices. I also loved that they took the time to actually look at my itemized treatment plan and cross reference this back to my insurance for me. Most office will not take the time until the money starts coming in. This was a huge help!

My husband has come to this office for 20 years and I have been a patient for about 15 years. We will no longer come to this office after today.
Supposedly since 2020 our insurance only covered 80% of our appointments. We did not know this and were told that the $300 bills we were getting were the insurance fault and they will resubmit it. Now today after 6 months we were told we had an outstanding bance since June. When we stated that we knew nothing about this the billing lady informed us that the computer showed we had been told this several times. I told her that regardless of what the computer says we had not been informed and were not the type of people to not pay our bills. She continued to speak over me and said well I don't think they would lie and put this in there without telling you. So then I'm the liar? The scheduling and customer service have gone way down hill and we will not be back to this office

The care is always great and I appreciate that they run on time. I highly recommend Seaport to anyone looking for a dental clinic.

They were very timely based on my appointment time. Also I felt that the X-ray and teeth cleaning activities were professionally conducted. I feel that the dental staff were professionals in all areas.

I've been going to seaport dentistry for 35 or more years. Never had an issue of any kind. Doctors and dental staff are great. They do care about your well-being

I had an appointment at 10: 00 this.morning, the 26th for annual teeth cleaning, l had a new lady, l have a hard time complaining, but my mouth is still sore, she didn't rinse my mouth as she was cleaning, used a dry gauges to wipe my
mouth, and when finished didn't use ask what flavor of paste to
finish polishing my mouth, and didn't polish. I am sorry to have to say something
, If she is new, need to know

Always fast and professional. From the receptionist to the hygienist, exactly what you would want if your mother was to cared for there.

I am a new patient because my “old” dentist has retired. I was a patient of “old” for 30 years so I was a little worried about walking into a new practice. I was put at ease immediately when the receptionist said “welcome, we are glad to meet you. ” Very friendly, caring staff and just an overall great experience! I highly recommend Seaport!
