4I’ve lived here for several years now and this place is still awesome. It has been a nice quiet community with great neighbors, and attentive management. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with the Senate Square Property Management, past and present. The staff is approachable, friendly, and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance inquiry/request I have received a prompt response. Currently, Erica thoroughly ensures that I continue to have an optimal living environment. Great place to live! Thanks.
Senate Square area and location is perfect for people that want to be close to the city but still feel that suburban vibe. The management team is fantastic all needs and maintenance request are taken care professionally and fast by Erica and Nick they are very good at responding. I would definitely recommend anyone interested to move into Senate Square!

Ms. Goldie, knows and does her job very well! The times that I’ve address her with a situation / situations, she was on it! And got it resolved.

I love where I live and I hope they keep they riffraff out for good. Its a nice, peaceful, quiet, place to live with respectful working class people! Keep up the good work!

Ive lived here for 3 years now and this place is still awesome the management team communicates well and though outside source at times breaks into cars everywhere in the entire neighborhood that is an area crime issue not an issue with the apartments.as tends to happen when you have decent cars and stuff in any area so never leave valuables in your car anywhere. The parking can get hectic as some people are disrespectful and let their visitors take the parking spots of residents but once they come to know their neighbors they tend to play by the community rules.but I love the community of people and plan to stay for a while yet to come. I love coming home to my home and plan to for many years more
