Restaurant Seoul Taco reviews
19They've gotten extremely skimpy with their steak. I always get the steak gogi bowl but lately its been nothing but a ton of rice and a few little bits of steak. For $13 you're better off getting more for the price elsewhere. Too bad they're losing their regular customers bc we've noticed the skimping.
Got kicked out because I forgot my mast, had my shirt pulled up over my face, didn't matter and still got kicked out. They guy at the register needs to know that his mask wasn't n95, which is the only mast that really does anything to help, not a guarantee. So his was just as ineffective as my shirt over my face. Still love their food and ordered outside but if you're going to demand masts of your customers supply one, the ones that work.
Great and friendly staff with quick order pickup.ordered a little ahead of pickup time and was able to get the food promptly.the nachos are great here and the flavors with the cheese just work.the bulgogi and spicy pork are both great and they have lot of options to swap things out.can order directly from their website
The food is great. My only complaint is that the pork was so fatty that I couldn't eat it, but the beed and chicken are good.
Seoul can throw a hell of an anniversary party (thank you, that was so much fun!) but my experience eating there for the first time was not amazing. The woman who served me was nice and helpful. They were out of chicken and steak, so that was disappointing. I opted to get the bowl offering for carry out and when I got home it was basically just a box of lettuce and rice and some toppings but no dressing, so it was pretty much just raw lettuce without sauce.
I’ll give it another shot eventually, but unfortunately I was pretty underwhelmed first time around.
Love eating here. Food is soo good! Just make sure you bring a debit/credit card with you. There are no cash transactions here.
Really great Asian fusion tacos and bowls! They actually do chips and queso right! This location is always so quick and friendly so it’s easy to make this our go to spot. Thanks y’all!
First time trying Seoul Taco and I must say the food was delish! I ordered the Gogi bowl it was a good pick. Next time I'll try tacos. Service was prompt and courteous. Food was made to order and wait time was minimal less than 15 mins.
The steak quesidilla was amazing, and my husband got the tacos which were mouth watering. Kids all fell in love with the sweet potato fries. Service dog friendly as well
Seoul Taco has some of the most delicious food I've had in my entire life. Their menu is relatively small but everything is amazing. I'm aware of it going in, but I still somehow order too much food every time. It just all sounds soooooo good when I get there. It's really exciting to see the growth of this business, as they've been supplying the populous with an awesome service for years.
If you're near a location and have any available space in your tummy, you need to get here: you will not regret it!
The food is great, but the few times I have been there the service has been very poor. Took forever to get my food and was just very unorganized system.
It's for the tacos. (Don't let them tell you they are 'spicy, ' they make your eyes water, and your nose run, and your lips burn). <hanging her head in shame as she reaches for her second one> What can I say? It's for the tacos!
Delicious Bulgogi and Waffles, Kimchi fried rice, and taco sampler. Would definitely recommend, great fusion - wonderful food!
The food is absolutely fantastic. Two of our teenagers claimed it was the best tasting food they had ever eaten in their whole lives! The service and atmosphere was pleasant, and our cashier a perfect gentleman, who welcomed us warmly to St. Louis. We were glad to find plenty of parking close by, and it was easy to find. Seoul Taco is our first choice for lunch or dinner when visiting St. Louis.
For the second time in 6 months I ordered Gogi bowls (x5 for the fam!) here and ended up with meat so overcooked it was barely edible. All five bowls! That's what I get for going to Seoul Taco rather than BOBQ. I get a pile of rice with hard chewy charcoal pork.
Message to Seoul Taco: STOP overcooking!
What a disappointment. This place used to be a family favorite. No more.
Food is very good, the kimchi rice is excellent. The Korean and Mexican fusion is top notch and portions are big, prices are fine and the staff are very nice, the restaurant is nicely decorated.
Like the food its good quality and a good mix of everything you want, if its a person first time near WashU, I'll usually take them here.
Seoul Taco manages to make flavor combinations I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Who would have thought a steak burrito with kimchi would taste so good? The chips and white queso are also worth getting, the chips are light and crisp and the queso is creamy and rich.
I'm not sure if the cook just didn't care out was being blatantly passive aggressive, but my tofu gogi bowl has a lot of beef chunks. Not cool
