Less than a week before Christmas and I get my granddaughter’s wishlist. THANK YOU, Mimi, for taking the list, finding everything for me and staying within budget — all within the space of 10 minutes! A+ customer service!

I had a great experience at this location, Joseline or Jocelyn (I hope I spelt this correctly) was such a great help, assisting me in finding products that I had on my wish list. I had travelled from Australia in town for the Beyoncé concert, and she went above and beyond ensuring to ask the right questions, offering alternatives to out of stock items and checking up on me as I browsed. She was so well-spoken, I have worked internationally with Sephora/LVMH for nearly 7 years and think she is a great representation of our company. I wish I got the names of the other staff members (it was the 29th of sept at noon) but they were all fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Store carries a lot of brands, but is often out of stock of numerous staple items. It will display as in stock, but it is not, which is a hassle for shoppers.

Went to this location with my wife. Yasamin was delightful and extremely helpful and walked my wife through everything!

Walking in is a shining magical experience. Next time, I am looking for the perfect anti-aging product!

Called and asked to get someone on hold and the girl said she would I called twice and drove 20+ minutes just for them to tell me it’s sold out. Online and in store. Please don’t lie to ur customers.

Update: I don’t think it’s a coincidence I got a stye in my eye two days after my appointment. I’m not sure they’re properly cleaning their tools and/or makeup palettes.

Cindy is arrogant, condescending, and lost the store $300+. I had a return that I was going to redeem for store credit and turn around and spend in surplus. I’ve never had any type of issue with a return before until I met Cindy at the Plaza. I had a box of exfoliating wipes that I used over half, deciding that the results aren’t worth the $60 for the product. After giving it a good go, I came to the Plaza location for the first time in years. I was denied a refund for different reasons, with the reasons changing every time. All these brand new “policies” I’ve never heard before. First I was told since it was over 30 days (5 weeks) they can’t do anything. I said that was fine cause I wanted a store credit anyway, and they said I’m beyond timeframe for store credit too. Then I was told it’s because they have a “75% policy” where the product can’t be over 75% used. I showed that the product was not over 75% used, and the supposed policy changed to “actually it has to be 75% full to return. ” So, the product can only be 25% used to return? I have never heard that before and I’ve shopped at Sephora for 10+ years and spend thousands every year. As I was trying to understand, Cindy was very rude and condescending, seeming to enjoy what “power” she felt she had to deny me this. Maybe she felt she was saving her store money from the refund, but she lost $300+ in purchases I was about to make. I went ahead and drove to OP to do my return and purchase and the ladies there were so sweet and didn’t even ask any questions. It’s people like Cindy who should not be in customer service, and should not represent the store. I will not be spending my money at this location, and I hope somebody takes according action because Cindy is a very poor employee and does the store and company more harm than good.

Everyone was very helpful even though they didn't have what I wanted everyone was very kind I would recommend this place to anyone keep up the good work and love the smiles keep up the good work

I was getting new makeup products and I wasn’t sure about my tones and what not but Jessica was very helpful! Taught me how to contour and everything. Gave me tips on makeup and felt very comfortable during the whole experience. I was in and out with a bag full of products within 20 minutes with her help. Definitely recommend this location. Other staff was very friendly as well!

This one is little better then other beauty stores.
I like it as I can buy mini products if I don’t want buy full size. In any case I don’t like it or other skin reasons or concerns I can bring it back and have a refund. It’s nice, customer service is great and well lit.

This location is smaller but you wouldnt know because the employees are super kind and helpful every time.

Philosophy Amazing Grace, this is the most Heavanly perfume. It's not an overwhelming scent. It smells great with hints threw the day. I love the lotion it has a nice texture. And the bodywash, has lots of fragrance as well. I even got a gift bag as a bonus. Everyone should try this at least once. You will not be disappointed. Will buy again
