SERC Physical Therapy, Kansas City MO

I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent there with everyone. From the time I walked in the door I was always greeted by my name and felt welcomed. During my course of therapy, it always felt like we were all a big family. I have never met such a great group of people that were so compassionate about delivering proper and thorough patient care. You can tell that they absolutely do care about the patient and make you feel like a human being and not just a number. This group of people are phenomenal and deserve the highest praise because they not only care about your quality of life but your quantity of life as well. Great Job!

I had tennis elbow. I followed my exercises & did my at home strength training as instructed. I graduated quickly with a bit of dry needling & 1 year later no regression. I still do my exercises regularly so it doesn't come back.

Drew and the whole team were amazing! This was my first experience with physical therapy, and now I am wondering why this isn’t mandatory for every human. I learned a solid program to help me stretch and strengthen my hips and lower back after continual injuries for years, and I really appreciate it.

I had pre-surgery and after surgery PT with Heidi Carstensen. I chose SERC because I had a good experience previously in Overland Park. I chose this location because it is near work. I had a wonderful experience. It was a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. I honestly felt like I was coming to see friends as the entire staff was always welcoming. I also had no trouble switching temporarily to a SERC nearer home just after surgery when I couldn't drive. And, as for Heidi, she helped me rehabilitate and made it easy for me to remember my stretches to use at home. She knew when to push and when to take it easy on me. She also has a great sense of humor. Hopefully I won't need any further physical therapy but if I ever do, I will definately return to SERC.

Katie is excellent therapist. Making great progress with hand as far as getting back to normal range of motion. She’s very knowledgeable

I enjoyed this place all five employees was nice very caring and concerned about my pain levels.worked me to practicing good exercises. That really improved my ability to do more than I was doing. I'm feeling much better. Although I know my limit. As long as I don't over exhauste my self my leg dose not go numb. I already had a permanent terminal back injury according to my Dr. Past report at Truman lake wood. But I'm feeling good. Thanks to these hard working instructors. Please give them some recognition. They work hard too. Just as hard as us clients. Have a happy new years.

Serc is a very professional PT organization and the therapists are very good at helping you regain your strength after surgery or preventing future injuries.

Everybody at SERC was great, from the front desk to the physical therapists. They were flexible with my crazy schedule and were always able to get me in when I needed, even if it meant seeing a different therapist than normal, and they were all great!

All of the therapists are great. They alĺ know each other's patients and work well as a team. I made a lot of progress and always felt welcome and comfortable.

I had a great experience at SERC. I worked with Katie, an occupational therapist, as I recovered from a broken wrist. I recovered quickly following the regimen she outlined, and she was extremely helpful when I had any questions. Highly recommend!

From the very 1st time I walked in the door you can tell it was different The way they talk to you the way they treat you they way they lisend they don't just hear you they actually listen to what you're saying and how you are feeling They don't treat you as a number or just another patient They actually treat you as a Individual person And I would recommend them to anyone.

I worked mainly with Drew who was awesome to work with. All the therapists and staff extremely nice and easy to work with though. Would recommend to anyone who needed a place to go for physical therapy.

Everyone at SERC is so friendly and welcoming! I just finished 4 weeks of PT with Drew, Selena, and Chandra - I couldn’t recommend them more! I’m feeling so much better than I expected!

If you need physical therapy you won't find a better team to help you than the people at Midtown SERC. They are the best! The therapists and support staff are cheerful, encouraging, knowledgeable, watchful, and kind - every single visit!
