Always on time, friendly, and professional, SERC got me "back in the game" in no time. I can't imagine a better experience.

Awesome staff from front of house to all the Tech and staff! I’ve been receiving outstanding treatments for several weeks and showing progress. Btw they do know a lot about the Chiefs! Very professional and understanding. Rob and Eric were awesome. I have done physical therapy at other places and they did not come close to the level of care I received at SERC. I highly recommend if you are in need of physical therapy.

Your entire staff did an excellent job of improving and strengthening my shoulder condition. Sean, Paul and Rob were the therapists I worked with most of the time and they did an awesome job. They were very knowledgeable, skillful and caring for improving my condition. The welcoming and positive atmosphere from your entire staff on every visit was exceptional. I will definitely be back should I need therapy in the future.

Highly recommend the Belton location for post-surgery (total hip replacement) therapy! GREAT physical therapists at this location! THANKS to the entire team, but a special THANK YOU to my primary PT's, Eric and Paul, who kept me motivated, focused, and helped drive me to regain the strength I lost before surgery. I had a very positive experience with SERC. I worked with Sean G for the majority of my recovery. He was kind and supportive while keeping me motivated! He was always positive and kept me focused on how far I had come. I am a huge fan of this location and everyone who works there. I would also highly recommend dry needling it was extremely effective for me. Sean is super skilled at it, and it helped me so much with my pain and my muscle soreness. If I have the need for physical therapy in the future, I will definitely return to this location and request to work with Sean G.

ALL of the individuals who work in this location (and the floaters) are awesome. They are kind, patient, and all extremely intelligent and really strive to help you feel better. I've had two rotator cuff surgeries, a full knee replacement, and therapy for low back pain. I could not have had better experiences anywhere else! The therapy and treatments have all worked miracles, and when I have my other knee replacement, I will be going back again! If you need physical therapy, this is the place you need to go!

Having had 2 knee replacements this year, I have spent a lot of time at CERC. Amy has been exceptional. She is very knowledgable and skilled as well as very encouraging and pushes me to do more. I have completed therapy and am getting my life back. Truly grateful.

This is my 4th time working with the folks at SERC. Just finished a treatment regimen with Robert Jundt. Could not be happier with the outcome. Strength and flexibility improvement is very noticeable. Highly recommend SERC!

I can't say enough good things about the way I was treated at SERC. Both Robert and Sean were very helpful in my recovery from total knee replacement. They were very patient with me and very professional as we worked to get my leg back into shape. I would not hesitate to highly recommend their service to anyone I know.

This is the second time I have used SERC in Belton for therapy in last 15 years. As was the first time I was very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable the therapist’s were. I had three therapists work with me and each one stepped in an explained what they were doing and why they were doing it in a way that made sense to me. Highly recommend this business for your therapy needs.

Knee replacement therapy and the therapist were very professional and proficient. I feel this knee replacement therapy was better than when I had it 9 years ago.

When needed, I have been coming to SERC in Belton MO for physical therapy since 2010. I have never been disappointed with results. My most recent experience was exceptional. From day one, there was more than one body area needing attention. The team did a great job. On my last day, I left feeling better than I could have thought possible. Thank you Sean, Rob, Paul, and Miranda for working with me and caring. Thanks to the reception ladies for their cheerful greetings to begin our sessions.

Miranda did an excellent evaluation. She listened and answered my questions with explanations that made sense. I am hopeful about increasing strength in my lower extremities and bet balance.
