Serenity Storage Spring Street El Dorado Springs

The lady who helped me was very kind and helpful also their office is behind McDonald's you can't walk inside you have to go through the drive thru window and the units are actually inexpensive I was thinking this was gonna be hella expensive but it's not it's decently priced and convenient if you got a bunch of stuff that needs storage and they offer insurance protection if something was to happen to your stuff they will replace it for you but it's only $8 a month which ain't bad if you want it but I declined mine they have some units behind McDonald's on site and the others are over by Spring Street near the community center like one block away also there's cameras on site for the renters protection if anything was to happen to their units or anyone's stuff

The cameras are a joke! And as far as security you can count on your things being gone through when you are away because the staff are so nosey and obviously have no life of their own so they have to intrude on others. Even if you have been a loyal customer for 5 years never late on any payments they will cause a scene just to make you violate the rules and never give you any closure as to why they wanted you out to begin with, got to be the worst business I've ever delt with without a doubt, Justin and Cheryl will go to great lengths to make your lives as miserable as theirs, I wouldn't recommend this business for the life of me. Horrible place of business.
