My stove shorted out. Austin was out the same day, found the problem, ordered the part and returned the next day to install it. He was thorough and nice and did the job well and left everything clean and neat.

I had been doing without a dryer for some time and had had enough. I called several companies and most of them. I had to leave a message on an answering machine. This company answered me right away. I expected to have to wait until next week or at least a couple of days for an appointment and he said he could come out that afternoon, if I would be at home. He came in right when he said he would. Told me what was wrong with the dryer and how much it would be and said he had the part in his truck and he could fix it right then. Once it was fixed, he asked if I would prefer to have the door open the opposite direction of what it did. That wasn’t even anything I had asked him and he offered to do it and didn’t charge me anything extra for it. He was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys!

Made an appointment with Ryan for a service call on our Samsung refrigerator (do not buy one, by the way). Temperature was at 52F. Tim was out the next morning while we were out of town (neighbor let him in), diagnosed the problem, quoted approximate total over the phone, had the parts with him, fixed and resolved in an hour, with a 90 day guarantee! Oh, and the total cost was exactly in line with the quote, paid over the phone and had a text receipt before we hung up. Would highly recommend and will be our first call once the Samsung or any other appliance goes out again. Thank you Ryan and Tim!
