3 Pretty chill and laid back. The job isn't hard some jobs might be tedious, the staff are friendly and helpful if you put in a little time and effort the job feels like a second family.
And they are a Christian based company for those who like that sort of aspect in a company.
All of the workers we worked with were nice and professional. We thought Steve was very helpful to us throughout the process of repairing our home. A little expensive, but in the end pretty good service.
They did a restoration for me that took over a week when they said it would be 2 days. On some days the workers did not show up or only for a few hours. They said they were short staffed. When they did show up, most of the crew were daily temp labor who rarely worked. They used my tools (ladder, hammer, etc) as they said they did not have these items. When carrying cabinets out of my house, they caused significant damage to my walls, floor and railings. I was told to get a quote from my painter who is completing the work on the rest of the house and they would reimburse me. It has been over a month and the owners have yet to return my calls and the manager can not tell me if they will honor their commitment made earlier to fix their mistakes.
