3 I received home health services through Services for Independent Living for nearly ten years. I couldn't recommend them enough.until a couple of months ago. My attendant quit, and I needed to let them know and get new applications for another attendant. Suddenly, I couldn't get anyone to answer my calls. I tried my caseworker, her supervisor, and the front desk. I even left voice mails. I never did get a call back, and never heard from them again.
I will never use them again, and will never recommend that anyone use them. They left me and a friend of mine high and dry.
You want to help the elderly? You cannot get ahold of Caitlyn Dillenger or pass a message about a past ADA issue I talked to get about when she worked there. You could and didn't! Thanks
Left a message four weeks ago to donate a very nice hospital bed. Never got a call back. No excuse for that.
