SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin

ServPro showed up the same day that I called them after a tree fell on our house and caused rain damage. Trevor Alton, team lead, explained everything clearly every step of the way. He, along with JP and Cameron, worked hard for several days to mitigate the damage as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Very friendly and professional. We highly recommend them!

Our washing machine flooded and Trevor and JP got out to us within a few ours of us calling and were great to work with. They were on time and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them.

Tyler and his team came out to our house late in the evening after we had our basement flood. Once I called and requested their services, they were at my house within the hour to remove the water. They were professional, polite, honest, and knowledgeable. They did a great job and I would definitely 10/10 recommend this company.

Tandi and the team did a great job throughout the entire process and addressed any concerns that came up. They greatly reduced a heavy nicotine and smoke smell through the entire house and cleaned the slab floors in preparation to be refinished. Tandi, Jonathan, Kyle, and Juanita and Stephanie.

ServPro of Carthage/Joplin was called late on a Sunday evening, after a fire extinguisher went off in my 24/7 fitness center. Tandi and her crew showed up at 8: 30am Monday morning to start assessing the damage and to begin work. I was able to reopen my gym on Wednesday (2 1/2 days) at 4: 00pm. My gym looked, and smelled like it was brand new. There was no sign of any residue from the fire extinguisher. They cleaned everything within walls and ceiling, including the HVAC ducts, my cardio machines, weights, kids room toys, etc. I would definitely recommend Tandi and ServPro of Carthage/Joplin! Extremely Pleased!

We had a fire in a rental Servpro Carthage Mo got right on it. Tandy was very good at keeping me informed. Juanita Carlos, Ziljian and Jon did a great job of cleaning. Definitely would use them again if we have a problem.

I would like to recognize David, Cameron and Kyle for their hard work, and responsiveness to my questions, and their great attitudes and customer service. I recommend this company. This is the second time we have used them for water damage.

Our water heater flooded our basement and SERVPRO was quick to respond. They had all the equipment to cleanup the water, dry everything and ensure that there wasn’t damage done to our walls. Tyler, Trevor, Cameron and JP were very professional and courteous.

Had a 2ft by 5ft collapse in my ceiling at my house when we had multiple inches of rain. All the dry wall and insulation had fell all over my office equipment and floor. Trevor and JP came out within a hour from first contact with my insurance company and got it taken care of. They checked in every day until the floor, roof, and walls were dry. Trevor and JP are great to work with, professional, and educated on how to get everything cleaned and dried out.

Had a pipe burst over the holiday. Lots of damage. Servpro Carthage did great job with the clean up and demo. Trevor did a great job keeping me up to date on progress and next steps. JP, Daniel, Reece, and Klay did a great job cleaning up, helping box items, and cleaning up after each day’s work. They were patient. They answered all my questions and completed their work in a very professional manner. I recommend Servpro Carthage should you ever need their services
